For this build i feel like the felboar is bait since the RNG makes it so infurating to play around. When you got the engine going really good like at around 12:00 here then you should probably just lock the same lava lurcker every turn, it will keep the first spellcraft each time making the scaling kinda exponential. Though the turns become really unfun :/

In my opinion it's just the kinda scenario where sometimes you get the stats from one sometimes from both, it's a bit rng but still good if you hit

lurker and felboar strats are both bait. Felboar strat is a bait as it does have potential to double gain if you only have one shell, but after shell is golden or 2 shells you on average will be losing stats every turn with felboar.
Lurker strat is bait for the opposite reason - it is safer and consistent but it locks your board (as you have limited handspace to buy minions) so you no longer have potential to draw more shells or zestys. It is a better strat in endgame when you already have multiple golden zesty/shell/deep blue, but midgame you are sacrificing your potential for safer turns, its kinda "get to top 3" strat and isn't good if you are already strong midgame

@@svge96 its true but i addressed that already - you have limited handspace to buy minions so after 3 turns you have zero new minions. And even if you have extra board slot - buying minions means you have about the same as a single roll, which means you have 10 times less chances to draw a useful minion per turn.

Any idea why dog rolled at 8:05 ? Freezing lurker in shop would give him a huge unit to shell on the next turn, wouldn’t it?

not really Huge since it only keeps the first buff and at that time it was a +9 spellcast. also by doing that usually it means you are deciding to use the spellcasts early rather than rolling into finding more shellementals for even more buffs. he should have done what you are talking about at 13:31 since there is no downside to doing it on the lurker there rather than the conducter.

13:40 i think there is a improved way of playing this.
of course there is the chance the minions get eaten, but for the case it was not eaten, just as it happend to dog. playing the spellcraft on the naga would have been better. like this you could freeze, and keep 1 spellcraft permanent to use it next turn

Lava lurker keeps the stats in the shop so you can make a really big one. Save for earth mother then you keep two deep blues a turn.

I love this simple Naga comp. but I hate it when my ally gets it in Duo's because whenever I give my them the T5 Naga to complete the setup they just sell it and keep doing the weaker comp. with the T2 Naga.
It's so frustating I just Concede whenever I'm in a bad mood.

I love Felboar, but in this build it's so bad. I'd fill a board slot with a gladiator or something, huge divine shield is way better than something that might really disappoint
