@@deenm4716 if you’re buying from amiami and it’s below 8000 yen then air unreg. If not…well then DHL is ur only option. But I would still suggest using a different site if possible. Anything to avoid DHL’s extra fees.

Amiami shipping is a shot in the dark. I ordered 3 figures at once and shipping was like 5k yen. Then I ordered a single prize figure and shipping was like 8k yen+ and I cancelled it
It really backwards, but depending on box shape/size, your shipping will change. Even more backwards is the more figs you ship at once, the less the shipping will be. You'll find this is common will basically all proxy sites depending on what type of shipping you choose.
@@lowkeydorkie yea I was aware of the box size thing, but when I see a figure pop up on pre owned I usually jump on it so it doesnt get sold, so I never bother doing research on the damn boxes lol

EDIT: The figure is GORGEOUS and actually ended up being significantly cheaper than buying it off a US retailer!! Plus I didn't have to wait for a US retailer to get in in stock: it's all preorder only here right now! Definitely will be buying off them again!

@@xyxAXSTROxyx Sure! It was about $32! Which is pretty pricey for shipping, but at the time I bought this figure it was at a $95 price point on US websites BEFORE shipping. Through Amiami I spent $75, and that's INCLUDING the shipping!
If I bought multiple figures will the shipping be separate for each one ( 40$ per figure) or will it all be shared (5 figures with only 40$ shipping)
It should be shared if it’s all tied to one order. Shipping is based on weight.
I love this site!! But my only concern is that I have no clue how my country is going to handle the package because I have gotten packages in the past that were torn into by postal services, hopefully if I do buy it goes well 🙏

Bro, I watched your video on Sunday night, I placed the order that day then on Monday at 1 am they sent me a confirmation payment then I paid. today Tuesday I woke up seeing that they shipped my item and is supposed to be here this Thursday. I use DHL by the way. I'm definitely buying more stuff from them, the figure I got is so expensive on eBay but on amiami it was 100 cheaper even with the taxes the figure was $100 dollars cheaper than eBay. Lol I’m American and order from AmiAmi. You just checkout through PayPal. If you’re on the site on desktop, it’ll show you how much it is in USD.
I'm gonna ask my dad if I can order something from amiami! Theres a Zenitsu figure there that's on sale for about $39 when it's original $82:D. If he asks if the site is reliable I'll show him your video haha. I guess I'll update if it's yes or no

Just a warning. This company will not simply refund you if you ask for a refund. I ordered a robocop figure and it wasn’t what was advertised. There is an ugly pink paint they added to it which made me cancel my order and ask for a refund. They simply can’t pay me back because of “reasons” … So basically I got scammed. I’m never ordering anything from this company again. And in general, I’m never ordering anything from Japan in general. Because a company in Europe can be held accountable and you can sue them. But what are you gonna do when a company in Japan decides they won’t pay you? Nothing! You can’t do anything!

Gave amiami a try. Was going to make a $600 order but couldn’t because I did not have a credit card or PayPal (I had only debit at the time) customer service sucked and was unhelpful. They were basically like “oh well sucks to be you,” that was my first and only experience. Glad others had success but it left a bad taste in my mouth.
I hate that you had to go through this. I haven’t had a bad experience yet but hopefully you can try them out again and things will go smoothly.
@@TheDarkSage the only reason I would is because they seem to have a very good pre owned selection. I’ve gotten burned on pre owned from other places (had a knockoff sent to me but didn’t realize until too late). Thankfully TOM has a good interface and very good membership deals and prices so I’ll probably be sticking with them from now on. Thanks for your reply!
