When I went to NYC with my school for band and choir, we got stuck in traffic on the way back to the hotel on the first night. So, one kid pulled up this song and everyone (including myself) sang along (much louder than the kid's phone would go). After we finished singing, the tour guide (who we didn't know was staying with us) got on the loud speaker and told us we sounded great.
my best pal ever LOVED this song.. We went to see Toby Keith in Summerside PEI just a few years back.. Last year at this time.. she was given a sad diagnosis and by 26 June .. only weeks later .. she was gone. TOday I was in town .. and 2 men came in looking for "Red Solo Cups" . .. this song Immediately came to mind.. It was as if she was reaching down and saying Lindaaaaaaaaa!

A friend of mine and I used to sing this going down the hall to our cars after work each Friday. We introduced this song to our coworkers as we were the only two that liked or listened to country music. They picked up on it really fast because they, like my friend and I, liked to party. So the parking lot where we worked became our meeting place to get the party started by figuring where we'd meet for our party on Fridays after work and we sing a round. We always laughed about what MR.TOBY would have thought (he would have probably told us to stop embarrassing him😂😂😂)SIR TOBY KEITH you were one of a kind and you will be missed. Thanks for the good times SIR. 🙏✝️❤️

It’s sounds like he gets drunker and drunker each verse
Can you not tell he does
He sure does. Kmsl. This song came out when i was in the 10th grade. It sums up my high school experience for every party
Lol
Oh he does 200 sip of beer you end up like him
I think
By the end of it he didn't even remember he was filming XD
im a big toby keith fan here in canada. im still saddened over his passing. legend in every sense of the word. only 62- still young
Who would've guessed a song about a cheap plastic cup would've been so awesome?
Kansas , Toby actually wrote this while he was drunk
Toby Keith.
Kansas thats becuase it takes a prodigy to think of this gloryiness
I know right
Ayyyy, Kansas! Was born here.
my best pal ever LOVED this song..
Usually I complain about not enough punctuation, but this post is overkill.
PS: My condolences for the lost lovely lady.
This story is so touching, I hope your feelings still get to your friend somehow and if you believe in heaven I'm sure she's watching over you.
@@Dan_om3 Thank you. That means a lot to me
Thanks for your comments you can reach me by my private email: tobyk2543@gmail.com, I will be waiting for your response,
He was telling us goodbye when he performed this beautiful song 😢 his passing devastated the country music world and us proud Americans like him and I can't believe hes gone. RIP Big Dog Daddy
Hello 👋
How are you doing
Every kid raised in the midwest becomes a karaoke master when they hear this song
And west coast lol every time a kids birthday party was going on my Mexican grandpa played this
I was born in the mud and around a bunch of boat drunks. Its impossible for me to sing it improperly.
As a southern American with a bottle of whiskey (and/or beer depending on the day) in one hand and a red solo cup in the other, I can say life hack to singing better is getting drunk.
LOL.
@@teddy4980 That ain’t a west coast thing in general buddy. trust me on that.
Don't know what I like more... The Craig Ferguson appearance, the tie fighter sound at 1:35 in or that this looks like it only cost $25 to shoot and edit for TH-cam, but $2,500 in beer, liquor and solo cups.
This entire video probably cost less than 5 grand to shoot, edit, provide booze and makeup
Rofl I didnt even notice the tie fighter sound at all, good catch
If Craig Ferguson is in the video it’s a winner!
My great uncle had these huge Bose tower speakers and always kept the house lively with music. The first time he played this we ALL laughed our ass off and it became a staple for my family. Thank you Toby for all the memories 🛐
RED SOLO CUP 2024!!!! Rest in peace Toby
It is impossible to listen to this song without smiling. Thanks to the Artist and the band.
Hella great memories in South Carolina listening to this song R.I.P Toby Keith from California 😢
Listening to this in California promotes Toxic masculinity and is an jailable offense
We lost a real one, raise up a red solo cup for the legend himself
Yesterday the world lost a legend in country music. I hope that he lives on in others hearts and minds threw his music. I know he will in mine. He will be greatly missed
Solo Cups sales must've gone through the roof when this song was first released. RIP Toby Keith 🙏🏽 ❤🕊
RIP Toby! A true American Legend! ❤❤❤❤❤
Rest in Peace Toby Thanks for your Great Music 🇺🇸🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🇺🇸
6 more years until all of these red solo cups decompose.
Edit: I made this comment while doing a research project on alcoholism in my freshman year of highschool. I decided to listen to this song while typing it up. I am now majoring in computer science and by the time this comment holds true to time I should be graduated with a bachelors degree.
ESTmayGaming interesting... lol.
