HAS GREAT POTENTIAL FOR BEING A KILLER SALMON FLY! CHANGE COLORS TO PINK CERISE WHITE ORANGE CHARTRUSE! IM TRYING IT! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT VIDEO. IT SURE HELPS VISUAL LEARNERS LIKE ME.
I have long wondered what shclappen is or what it's used for. Basically it's just a really long soft hackle from what this video shows
Exelente 👏👏
Thanks for watching, Marcelo!
Are these good for bass in lakes?
You betcha! This fly is an all around great. It is imitating a baitfish. A likely prey for many predatorial fish. Let us know how it does for you!
i use zonkers in my waters in a ginger good streamer.
Nice! That's awesome, Hughie. We love the Rabbit Zonker fly pattern too.
Nice tie & zonker. It's a pity though that you advocate the use of lead wire which pollutes our fishing environment!
