Hello, there! I just wanted to share... 1) Thank you so much for watching my videos. 2) The Disasterpiece Experience is coming. Probably Wednesday. I was not adequately warned. 3) I can't stop listening to Nero Forte. Please send help.
I'm happy to see you enjoying Slipknot. I've seen them live a few time with Joey as the drummer and was never disappointed. I'm pleased to see a new channel grow and look forward to what you'll will share with us in the months/years to come.
To clarify about the dumpster line. When he was younger he OD'd and his "friends" thought he was dying so they just put him in a dumpster. He's had a pretty messed up life.
Wow. Ok. That makes the lyrics there so much better. Part is still dying in a dumpster but what rose is a monster. Man. Corey Freaking Taylor does it again.
@BLeePitt you beat me to the dumpster line. Haha. Some "friends" that chuck you into a dumpster, rather than take you to an ER when you o.d.! If you research Corey's younger years, it's amazing the poor guy ever lived; however, ... it's that strife that probably made him the incredible writer that he is and gave the world the Corey we have. Hopefully, that's a bit of a silver lining for him.
Yea there’s a few videos and interviews with Corey and the others that explain their background and help explain the lyrics. The Wiki fact or fiction are good, and the history of are good.
The first part when Corey says “I wept when I realized there were no more demons to conquer” was a reference to Alexander the great who famously wept when he realized there was no other places to conquer. Corey loves and reads about history a lot. Great reaction btw !! You should check out All out life by slipknot it’s really good
Solway Firth must be something else. That title is brought up so many times! But it's going to be my next Slipknot reaction for sure. And the others you mentioned too. Thanks! :)
Idk if you know about coreys other band stone sour, his vocals are a lot softer and less angry. Through glass is a good example of that. But love the reactions have binge watched every slipknot one so far
I love watching people who know nothing about music try to make sense out of SlipKnot.. LOL.. Same applies with musicians reactors who are "Sure of the instrumentation". It's all very entertaining.. I love the look of fright and confusion on her face as she tries to stay on this journey of discovery with the Knot.. Great stuff, keep up the good work..
Nothing? Aww. True, I didn't go to Juliard or anything, but I'd like to think I know a thing or two. Looking confused, for example. It's something that comes naturally to me, and I'm very proud of that. :) Thanks for watching!
@@MusicCatsandCoffee " Looking confused, for example. It's something that comes naturally to me, and I'm very proud of that". I love that statement! Keep going down the rabbit hole...
TOOL! I've really wanted to check out more Tool. I LOVE love love "The Pot" so that's some heavy competition there. I have heard one other song of theirs but I don't think it's that one. Definitely going on the list. Thanks! :)
song fact.. Corey was thrown in a dumpster as a teen, by hes freinds, they though he was dead from OD.. so i guess the dumpster verse got to do with that story.. Part of him being left in the dumpster could be when he realized he did have a serious drug problem.. i think that is what the song is about, drugs..
Good reaction to angry Corey haha, it's a belter this is, Jay weinberg is an amazing drummer, when ya done ya next few songs, check out.. spit it out live 2009, and watch the old drummer joey jordison, both are killer drummers.
Great reaction and analysis! If you like Corey talking, I recommend "Omega" by Stone Sour. It's basically just a spoken word poem in a way that only Corey Taylor could deliver.
So right now you have heard some of their more softer songs. I don't know what you will think about the albums Slipknot and Iowa because they are full on brutal
Well... Disasterpiece is as far as I've gotten. Whew. I just find it hilarious that these are considered softer songs. But yeah, compared to Disasterpiece, you're right. :)
If you haven't already, read up on Corey's past. A lot of his Slipknot lyrics are biased on his life before the band got big; outside of the songs about the record industry.
I want to meet you ❤️❤️ Second No, they do not wear the masks to “CoMPenSatE” everything they do has a meaning I known them for 20 years to know that what u said was nothing more than a person (not you) who hates to troll 🙄🙄

Wow, thank you! This is a ton of fun. I'm glad that's coming across in my videos. Slipknot live must be life changing, really. :)
Check out all out life next
Lauren react to Sulfur ,I think it's one of slipknot's best songs
I know this one. It's probably my #11-12, somewhere in there. :)

Oh, haha! Thanks for watching! That song is on my list. :)
There's a joke with this song that the quiet scream at 2:42 / 2:43 is actually Craig, the samplist, murdering a dude and recording it, lol.
Not long for this world must react...then all out of life, critical darling and solway firth...and react on jay weinberg the drummer
Solway Firth must be something else. That title is brought up so many times! But it's going to be my next Slipknot reaction for sure. And the others you mentioned too. Thanks! :)

Wow, thanks! Yep, I know Stone Sour, but only a few songs. I'll be doing some reactions of theirs for sure.
Let’s s be honest you were not prepared for this masterpiece ?
This song is one of my favorite by Slipknot ! And great reaction !!!
To be fair, one can never be prepared for a Slipknot song. Thanks for watching! I enjoyed this one. :)
its my first time watching you and i subbed at 3:26
That’s my fav mask too. He’s my fav member. He’s Jim root, the guitarist.
Oo, I'm learning some names, thanks!

This one keeps coming up in the comments. I *think* I've seen it though... Thanks for watching! :)
This song is so S Tier!!!!!!!
Amazingly addicted Riffs!!!!!!
This one is definitely in my top 5 Slipknot songs! 👏
Jay Weinberg drummer is son of Max Weinberg of Bruce Springsteen's E street band
I've heard. Very cool. :)
I'd bet his dad loved coming to his sons shows snd listening 😅

WHAT??? I can't even deal with this. I'll definitely check it out, asap. :)
@@MusicCatsandCoffee how many times did you reach for the dictionary?
Critical darling is a must
You got it. :)
More! Slipknot!
O! K! :)

If you want a nice beautiful slower Slipknot listen to vermilion Pt. 2 because I love that one a lot
Oh my, LOVE this song. It used to be my 2nd favorite Slipknot song, before Nero Forte came and ruined everything I thought I knew. :)
You should listen to spiders, different style to most other tracks
On the list, thanks! :)
Someone really likes snuff and really does not so like killpop. I totally get it :D
Snuff is a perfect creation, and I am obsessed with it. That is all.
This is my favorite track on the album
This is Jay Weinberg’s “I don’t skip leg day” song😂
Not one of my fav Slipknot songs but I enjoy its progressiveness.
The lyrics are the best part of this song for me. :)
If you haven't already, read up on Corey's past. A lot of his Slipknot lyrics are biased on his life before the band got big; outside of the songs about the record industry.
Check out Lech.
