We are currently hauling 2 Old Town Sportsman PDL's on a 5x8 utility trailer that we already had. I have been thinking of rigging it for our 23Zero RTT as well. Interested in seeing how you do yours and I may be stealing some ideas!😂
What is the height that the rtt sits? I was thinking of building mine at 48” to fit a quad underneath. This looks like 35-40” in height from trailer deck.
Add a solar panel, then battery to run a small 12v fridge to keep the beer cold. I have an AC200 solar generator that I'm going to add to mine, the fridge I have works great (ICECO-45 on Amazon). The solar panels will recharge the AC200 as well.
I would like to have a kayak like that but I don't have the money to buy one. and I'm very happy if one day have a kayak like that. of course I am very happy. what else in my village they will be surprised if they see me have something like that😀🤔
raptor liner same color as truck, solar shower on tire side along with shorter rod tube for broke down paddles and safety light/ flag pole..!!! normal rod tube on driver side, and black diamond plate would be cool and keep some road grime off things as well.....
I have a 12' NuCanoe Frontier and we have my wife's smaller kayak They fit in the bed of my Chevy 1500 but that's about all that fits. A trailer like this would be great! Can't wait to see more!
I would go with a truck rack mounted on the trailer. you could still fit the tent on the front, when you are not using the tent you could haul mutiple yaks at the same time. I did something similar with mine and made it high enough i could put my 4 wheeler and 4 wheeler yak trailer on the bed and then the yak on the top. I also got side 8ft tool boxes and mounted them to the trailer for storage.
Kind of the same build Im starting, I plan on building a 18' in box and then kayak on top and then mount a full size truck rack on top of box with a roof top tent and then on the " over the cab " area will be for solar panels, so they are out of the way. I plan on a full off the grid kayak camp trailer.

Well, I'd extend the spare tire mount to accommodate the second rod tube, I'd also consider diamond plate top and front access cargo boxes along the sides. I'd also replace that front box with one in diamond and make it same width as ur trailer.

I’d just drape some carpet or a pool noodle split down the middle over that 1 1/2” square tubing.

A solar system that you can use to charge the yaks trolling motor. If they have one. Perhaps a levelling system

And the front box could open from either side with transverse to the width dual hatch covers. Iol if u get what I'm imaging TJ.
