both are equivalent but if you are geeting BITS Pilani for mtech then go for it . emasters is mainly for professionals who can not attend college regularly.

after joining you will come to know the reality. it's not well structured for a learner and fees are too much no study material is provided only they give recorded brief videos that's it.
