YO !! You are all SO YOUNG !! Sorry that I will NOT be a Processing Customer as 1 . I am in ENGLAND and 2,. I am a very OLD FILM Bloke 86 years and do all my own film processing ! But it is GREAT to see you all SO KEEN on keeping FILM USE Alive !
Loved seeing this process at this scale. Back in high school I was fortunate enough to take a photography class. It was fun to develop my own film and even make enlargements. But only B&W, maybe 2 rolls of 35mm at once max, and having to do EVERYTHING by hand. It's really cool to see the different machines and technology used that helps automate and do things much faster and in bulk.
This is what I used to do in the Navy.....processing, quality control and processor maintenance. Had no idea they still had Noritsu machines.... I used to work on Hope processors in the civilian world and Kodak EH-3D's in the navy..... my how times have changed! I still have all of my color darkroom equipment!
Nice! That did, indeed, answer my question. I haven't developed my own film since high school but, watching the chemicals being prepped, gave me flashbacks to 1978 (or so).
Awesome video! Loved seeing the inner workings of the process and meeting the team behind the curtain! It gives an appreciation for the care and effort that goes into each roll of film.
You guys are my go to place for film processing! I was skeptical at first shipping my film but they always turn out better than i could ever expect, much love from Wisconsin!
We sure do. For scanning orders, you’re given the option at checkout to return them or dispose of them if they are not needed. Scanning and print orders automatically have the negatives included with your prints.
Wonderful behind the scenes look at your process!! Love the surprise ending! John looked a little too pleased to pour the cartridges on Mike!! 😂 ❤
Oh he was!

Hi RFL team!! Do you guys still accept stickers from mail-ins to be put on the Noritsu?
Yes, lots of room for stickers :)
Any plans on doing ECN-2 in the future? Love using Kodak vision3 in some occasions and it would be nice to send it to y’all along with the other rolls
No current plans on ECN-2 at the moment.
Interesting use of Adobe Podcast at 1:40
I’ve always been curious on those automatic production developing machines. Is it possible to push C41 with them? Cool to see BTS.
Yes, we can push C41 with them.

Really nice video. But I do have a question, and I think I know the answer, but do you return the negatives to the customer? Thanks!
