He will give you a Spatial Pass. Take the pass to the second floor of the Slateport Museum and go to the top cylander exhibit to find the Shaderu.
Nappy please play pokemon uranium it was in a development state for 9 years so it has to be a great game and probably it will be the best nuzlocke on this channel
