The T-Connection just did a concert last night to a packed audience that included the Prime Minister of The Bahamas, Perry Christie and his wife, Bernadette and many other dignitaries. As usual, the band performed superbly and left everyone asking for more songs. There will never be another group coming out of The Bahamas like them. I just love them.
I heard this song on the radio in Chicago back in 1981 or 82, I've always thought this was one of the greatest ballads of all time they are very underexposed.

Can u believe that T-Connection made it all the way to Germany to a German household to my record shelves?! And I am talking about all their albums from back then. I still play them a lot and as a matter of fact I will soon learn Paradise on piano and perform it live. Goes w/o saying that royalties will be paid to the Coakleys!
My dad listened to the T Connection albums in uni in Poland because he was able to get some arranged from a friend in Germany while Poland was under communism - they’d host listening parties in their dorm rooms :) I grew up listening to these songs!!! We just listened to this song earlier today in the car, reminded me of when I was a little girl and it would play as my dad drove me to school
I rememeber their songs when I was a young girl. It brings tears to my eyes to listen to these beautiful. So proud to be Bahamian. Will never be another like 'em....

Not Morpheus, not Limewire, no one has it. I do a google search and here it is. Don't sleep on Best of My Love and Slippin Away either. I agree, these guys never got the props they deserved.
