Great video as always.
Dude watching your videos is so freaking relaxing. You do a great job showcasing how epic these spots are! Great job man!
Nice to see you speak with your clients. They obviously like and respect you!
Thanks Nick for the video and sharing just where to go while in the Palouse. Love your work.
I am just amazed at the video quality, focus and colours. One of the best I have seen on any TH-cam channel.
Wow, Beautiful. Fantastic video Nick.
I absolutely loved this , right from the get go the pace was spot on , the story telling and location insane... Take me there pls...
Beautiful images and insight to shooting the area.
Not only excellent content Nick, but you sir have the best music of any channel on YT. 🎸🤘
Why is this the last work shop in your home territory? You getting bored of it?
I'm sure there are a lot of others who would love to visit that place and shoot it with you.
I've been following your YT channel for well over a year, and I must say; your presentation, photos, style, and personality are all evolving really well. Great content Nick!
What a wicked place so many cool images so simple
Great video and beautiful photographs.
Wow, Palouse, look forward to visit some day!
Thnx for taking me on your work Nick. Realy enjoyed it.
What a stunning place! Fab video as always 😀
Excellent location for sure. They all looked so happy to be there with you. Good times. Last Palouse workshop eh? Never say never.
Nice video! We were there the first part of May and had similar shooting conditions. Great location.
Awesome!
WOW
I wanna go!
Great Vid! Wow! Dreamed of doing one the workshops there in Palouse. :(
Just when i thought turning vr on helps taking photographs from step toe butee you did that... i did the same when i was visiting the place last year same time with my nikon 200-500. Great place to shoot. Thanks for an awesome video.
Nick, neat to see some behind the scenes of one of your workshops. Would like to see more of this and hear from the participants about their own work. How about featuring some of these participants work from the workshop and how and why THEY shot what they did?
the first shot of that covered bridge sadly is burnt down
I visited this place without a long lens once on my way to Oregon from Montana, on a day with similar conditions, but couldn't stay for sunset. Would love to go back but not without the right lens this time (still on my wish list; Sony lenses aren't cheap). The light there at the end with the lupines was so good. Love your music choices Nick.
Ah, the lupine are so beautiful! Yours are similar to our Texas Bluebonnets but maybe prettier! :D Looks like a great workshop!
Good point about wind and long lenses. I also find it a particular problem shooting water where I often want 5 or even 10 second exposures, not sure if OIS would work out in that scenario. I've also wondered if a heavier duty tripod would also help, I use a fairly good tripod with a BH-55 but would an ultra stout model with 40 plus mm legs help? Also tripod legs in water, another thing that can shake your setup and reduce image quality. Shooting at the beach can be tough, it's often very windy when the best conditions are present. Thanks for another great video.
Whaaat? Last one in the Palouse? And to think I almost signed up. But I had just a bit too much going on, so was figuring that next year... ... ah shucks. Just made my own trip over to Kamiak Butte (hit Steptoe too but it was mid-day, no clouds and dusty. Haha like the worst. Still need to process the pictures so seeing what you got is helpful, and I will use your tips for my next trip there.
Another great vid Nick : ) Even if its just bts - still well put
Hi Nick. I have two chances to go to the Palouse... end of May and beginning of July. Which do you think would be the best time to visit?
Need to try and make it out there one of these days! For years now I’ve been skipping eastern Washington. 🤦♂️
I just wanna be the first person to comment. Love your work mate!
Lupins 1 Bluebells 0 :) Nice episode Nick.
Great locations, how far are they from your home nick
About an hour or so
Beautiful location. What is the best month or time to shoot?
Pretty damn great footage. What are you using for these - the A9 with gimbal? Great videos...
Why is this your last Palouse seminar. I live in Coeur D Alene in this region. Just wondering if you were leaving the great Northwest?
2:00 I was just about to comment that this was very Windows XP.
Great video, but I'm disappointed to hear this may be your Palouse workshop. I was hoping to attend next year. But onward, right?
Your last??
Last in the Palouse I think. At least for a year or three
Nick Page why your last? Not fair to hype people up and then leave the building! Shame on you.
Nick, Why is this your last Palouse workshop? Do you mean for this year or forever?
Just kinda burnt out on my home area, I miss a lot of other seasonal events because of always being in the Palouse at that time
@@NickPage yea I feel you.. time to start spending more time here in Oregon brother! ;-)
That's not Palouse, that's Mesa Arch. You are lying
