Not surprised to see most of New England on the “no title changes” list. WCW pretty much never came up this way and I’m pretty sure WWE hasn’t run anything but house shows outside of Massachusetts and Connecticut (and maybe Rhode Island) in at least 25 years. I miss the days of WWE’s syndicated programming when they’d tape matches pretty much anywhere they could draw a decent crowd.

It's not going to change in KS because they only come here once per year and it's normally RAW in Topeka, which isn't a fancy enough place to warrant a title change.

Starrcade 87 was before the ChiTown Rumble. Therefore the belt was already won in Illinois. So there's no reason to mention it by the conditions of this list. Are you just trolling because you're desperate for attention or do you enjoy attempting to correct someone while simultaneously being wrong?

Those states that don't have a US Champion, does WWE even go there? I've never heard of them doing anything in Wyoming or Vermont.
WWE has done both house shows and TV in Wyoming, and back in the day WCW went there pretty regularly for Nitro and Thunder.
Anyone from Vermont wanting to go to a live show would go to Albany or Boston most likely.
