I met him once at a convention and got him to sign my cast photo. The convention lets you put a nickname on the badge you have to wear. I had Section 31 Operative put on mine. When I showed that to him he busted out laughing, held out his arms and said "Ohh come on!" lol

It's true, DS9 is the best modern series of Star Trek. I personally like it better than TOS but I also believe they are incomparable, both paragons in their own right.
Philip Dunne and ive seen every episode of all the series. they're all excellent tv shows.

I agree it's only close rival that may have ever been better was the Janeway led Voyager series
Just watched Cairo Time again yesterday-Siddig is ADORABLE! He'll always be my sweetie!
Such a gifted actor,yet still works so hard to portray the character! He has also helped to challenge perceptions of 'Arabs' and Muslims and made people consider that People are individuals no matter how they look or the pigmentation of their Skin.He helped make DS9 the brilliant show it was,in fact surely it's time for a DS9 based Movie ! I for one would love to know how Morn and Garak are getting on!
We may not get to see the DS9 cast again together, but maybe they could do a one-off like you said, with just a couple characters in a post-DS9 adventure. Odo, Quark, O'Brien... Bashir?
I could even imagine seeing the New Trek series visiting Bajor. Who knows, maybe in the new timeline the fate of the Cardassians and Bajorans could be different. Maybe there's hope for a better future for the alternate versions of characters like Kira and Garak.

They could do like in Boston Legal where Rene's and Armins character just slipped into the way they acted on DS9.
When it comes to DS9 scenes there are all Garak& Bashir plots. Love the two characters best >U

Goddamn!! I miss deep space nine. The corridors and quarters of that station felt like home. The characters are friends we’ll never meet again. At least until we binge the series from front to back......for the tenth time! Lol

So from the Thumbnail where exactly does he say "Don't worry I've got that Bashir money". That's the whole reason I watched this video.
Such a shame that they limited his screen time on Game of Thrones. They had to keep the story from going too deep into multiple side stories in order to adapt to television within time and budget restrictions. But it still would have been great to see more of his character on that show.
I'm not gonna lie... when the DS9 music started to play, I got a little chill.

DS9 was the peak. Next Generation was to shallow. Voyeger was too much like STNG. Enterprise was just a money grab when people had serious franchise fatigue and the writing was 🤮🤢🤮.
Deep Space 9 had loooooong story arcs. The Dominion War was probably more than half the show.
