I wouldn't be surprised at all if this was a long game as a real estate deal with the bonus of soliciting donations to help with the project.
Is this the infamous Southwestern Ohio Assembly Hall ostensibly to be built at Hamilton? I’m originally from Columbus and was living in Dayton at the time. It was supposed to be a consolidation of the London Assembly Hall, which had just been renovated a few years earlier, and the Indianapolis Assembly Hall. In the process of all of this, the Indianapolis Assembly Hall was sold and the London Assembly Hall was to be turned over to the State of Ohio for conversion into wetlands. However, the Society could not get approval to rezone the property at Hamilton on the grounds that it would have resulted in an increase in traffic, despite the plot already being a section of a business park. That was the last I had ever heard of the project. What I have heard are some of the after effects. Neither the affected circuits, congregations or individuals publishers received back their contributions. Now, the London Assembly Hall continues to operate. As for those circuits which had been assigned to Indianapolis, as I recall hearing, they’re split between London and Romeoville, with circuits in southern Indiana now having to rent auditoriums. All of that amounts to added expense for those from those areas. Meanwhile, the Society continues asking for more contributions for the current construction projects on the docket. I’m disappointed-albeit not surprised-that whatever backlash there has been in the Tri-State area has been muted at best.
@thomash.schwed3662 This is really interesting because this was dealing with the London assembly hall. Our congregation was told that it would be built east of Columbus. My husband was involved with consulting on some pieces of land in Licking and Fairfield counties. That's the last we heard of it.
Had similar experience visiting South America. They built an assembly hall some years ago. Couldn't understand why as not much happening in preaching work in that country. Anyways now half of building got sold. And guess what? Watchtower kept the money 🤣🤣
@@MommyneedscoffeeTalk about intrigued! I grew up in various iterations of the Reynoldsburg Congregation and I remember helping during the summer of '94 at the quick-build for what, at the time, was the Millersport Kingdom Hall (to be joined only a few months later by the newly-formed Pataskala Congregation and both are now consolidated as the Buckeye Lake Park Congregation). That particular Hall effectively straddles the Fairfield-Licking County line and, given its location on State Route 79 near Interstate 70, I recall thinking that it would be a prime site for an Assembly Hall. Of course, thirty years ago, there was never any official discussion of that as a possibility at that point. It would have made some logistical sense as Ohio Circuit No. 18, which stretched from Pataskala to Cambridge was in the boundary area between London and Coraopolis. Indeed, most of the congregations east of Newark had been assigned to Coraopolis in the old circuit. But, Ohio Circuit No. 18 was assigned to London. And, I mention this as someone who remembers attending district assemblies at Wheeling ('85 and '86) and Pittsburgh ('87, assigned in '89 and '90 but attended at Louisville those two years), as well as Huntington ('83 and '84) and Charleston ('89) and being assigned to Richfield ('80, '81 and '82, although my family and I attended at Utica (New York), St. Petersburg and Syracuse respectively). During that entire period, we were assigned to London for the circuit assemblies as the Reynoldsburg Congregation was in Ohio Circuit No. 15 for a number of years. (Ohio 15-B to be precise.) At times, I'm flabbergasted that I can still remember some of this, particularly with regard to the circuit numbers. But, this is what I grew up with. And, certain things stay with a person no matter how he or she tries to forget.
I hate that! I remember hearing that too. In order to believe that, god would have needed a worldwide conspiracy. I'd ask him if he thinks god would condone and require people to find the truth through conspiracy? And how do they know the historians they "quote" in their literature aren't a part of that conspiracy either? I know this won't help sadly, lol. But it's so absurd.
What's funny is that for years they would always make fun of other religions saying 'god works in mysterious ways' as a cop out for not having the answers. But not their version is 'we don't know' lol
They are blinded by their idiotic ignorance of the Bible. They should create time to study the Scriptures so they will know the truth. Wake up people. Don’t let the blind guides lead you or both of you will fall in the ditch.
Only thing about doing away with the midweek meeting is, they risk more members waking up when they have more free time on their hands, just like they lost so many people during covid. The shunning stuff I can see being tweaked though.
But the shunning isn’t really changing. It’s all marketing words to soften the blow, but it’s still shunning. Say “hi and come back” at meetings, preach to ds’fd ones but forget apostates altogether, they won’t come back 100%? Then don’t associate with them all over again. That’s all. The only changes really will be for the benefit of getting their government funds and tax exempt status. Clever words is all. ❤
@christinesotelo7655 True. I do wonder if they might try to make some actual changes to it after getting their asses handed to them by Norway. They are really in a tough spot, bc they LOVE shunning, but they also never want to miss out on that money!
Don't think meetings matter anymore. JWs sleep walking through information. Does that attend in person meetings do it cause they got a part or socialize. Indoctrination worked back in the 90s. People go to meetings for other reasons this days.
They are between a rock and a hard place. Trying to keep people in, loosening the chains, but still keeping control. I think its too late to save the religion...and sincerely hope so.
Reindeer somehow was translated into “Roondoon” by my little babes. Christmas trees were “Kiss tease”. JW, though, we couldn’t even have the Roondoon. Funny, now my kids are all adults and we all celebrate Xmas, and each year we call the reindeer the “Roondoon”. No, kids never forget the JW denial when they were babies. Thank God we can celebrate and laugh now. 🦌🎄
Its amazing that the phrase “this generation will not pass away” was in every publication and every talk and every assembly, now follow me , then came the overlapping generation, and they have never mentioned “this generation will not pass away” again , now it’s the last hour of the last day of the last days , but no longer mention “this generation will not pass away” sometimes it’s not about what you say, but what you don’t say anymore !!!!
I can see them making the DFing more of a “Marking” type thing, still removing ALL “privileges “ and Shunning is a “ Bible trained “ Conscience situation
WT needs to do away with shunning completely, then the governments might ease up on them. What happened to religious freedom where people are free to choose which religion they prefer without being heavily penalised if they choose to leave?
Exactly! Funny, they brought up " religious freedom " in their situation, but can't allow the members to exercise the same thing! So much hypocrisy in that organization...it is just really boring and a waste of time going. It's always a repeat from 3 months ago, or 3 days😂
A lot of the recent changes in WT can be chalked up to the fact that at least in the Anglosphere, JWs are rapidly aging/ageing. Old folks don't care about doctrine, 607 and such, they just want to do what they're comfortable with, and be with their old friends. So the preaching work gets de-emphasized because they're not converting anybody new anyway, at best they've got that one bible study they have been hanging on to for the past 20 years. They are not going to care about studying My Book of Bible Stories. It's easy reading, large print, no thinking involved. They DO care about being judgmental, that's one of the few pleasures you can exercise as a bitter old fart, so WT continues to allow them to privately shun people even as the public face of shunning goes away. "Listen and obey," when you get up there in years, that's a lot easier then being rebellious and questioning everything.
I’m a contrary old one. I’ll fight them like a savage. My older brother is still “in”. I’m an old fart apostate. I don’t judge them, I demolish their doctrines. I despise the WT GB. Good innocent people, like my old brother, I pray for Peace and Joy for them. ❤
I don't know if this is local or not but earlier this year I met some members from when I went and they told me their Sunday meeting is Saturday now in the past this was unheard of
This is nothing new. My mom has had her Sunday meeting on Saturday for many years. Because the WT has consolidated congregations and sold off KHs, they have more congregations sharing a single building, so in some instances (like my mom’s) their congregation agreed to have their Sunday meeting on Saturday to free up times on Sunday for the other congregations.
I cracked😂when I told my husband an JW Elder, How can you still support this org KNOWING 1914 has failed! His reply was, the disciples also didn’t get accurate infos from Jesus😂These JWs, doesn’t even remember what Losch had said in one of his BC talk saying, y’all 🐑 can trust us cuz we get infos from Jesus and Jah!😂😅
Re: Governing body cutting deadwood. Man, aint gonna lie; going to miss Lett's goofy-ass face (not his message(s) but his face as that goober makes some crazy expressions).
Many stay in for family. My sons best friend is inactive, PIMO, but doesn't want to officially leave because of family. His brother committed suicide in 2023 because he didn't want to be a witness, but couldn't handle the thought of loosing his family.
@michellejordan627 yep, I know a man. He killed himself cuz He was trying to get out. He couldn't do it, so he ended up killing himself too. It seems like a lot of them go that way
I wonder if they'll fish another year out their hats. Although surely if all these things disappear, 144,000, the generations, and the GB what do they have? How do they instil the fear of Armageddon in people if there's no deadline!
I think about what Raymond Frenz said: Organizations only react to circumstances. Then something changes. The circumstances only affect Norway and the excluded members. So only here will changes be made.
If watchtower said, Gods true name was Zeus. I'm convinced by listening to all the other BS they swallow. 25% minimum, would lap it up. Barr little sheep. Great upload.
What most JW's don't ascertain, is that when Jesus was on the Mount of Olives explaining to his disciples about the "trampling of Jerusalem", he was not asking them to think "in the past" 300-400 years prior. They would not have been inclined to start thinking about the past when the temple was destroyed. Jesus was referring to a "future" trampling that will take place. He was telling his disciples to in essence think of the future. Therefore, the whole 607 theory and debacle as to agreeing what year the temple was destroyed is futile and pointless. Because of such, the whole presumptuous 1914 calculation by Russell has zero basis and zero foundation. The coming of Christ's kingship and presence is a future occurrence that will take the world off guard.... like a thief in the night.
The present mindset of the GB reminds me of that old Christmas song...." It's Beginning to Look alot like Studid". Seriously though anything they do will be to save face without making a serious change. 1914, 144,000 is a die at the gates doctrine for sure.
I recently tried to wake up a 78 year old friend. He dismissed my complaint about JWs and instead gloried that he now has a long white beard and that the GB has become accessible and jokes around.
That’s exactly what I said!!!! If we can do all these 16:37 videos now…why the hell we need 400 acres and 1200 people for the ramapo project. Total waste of “dedicated funds” Or. The long term plan is no more Kingdom Halls. All meetings virtual with lots of videos
Having free labour at their disposition is more valuable than donations. Poor members can still help with building stuff. They have far more income streams than just donations now.
I just wanted to watch first episode of StarWars, (which I couldn't as PIMI ): ) but it can wait, there's things important and more important! (I already seen episodes IV-VI if someone wonder)
I wish a judge in court like in Norway will ask WT, “Who can give the best evidence that the GBs are the chosen ones to go heaven😅since Jackson couldn’t give it during ARC😅
I feel that they may just quit bringing up certain doctrine rather than officially changing them. I think that at some point Watchtower will allow casual dating as an attempt to retain the youth. Right now one can only date if they're seriously seeking a marriage mate. I also see the dress code being further relaxed. They may become a little more lenient on the matter of entertainment. It's all about making it easier to be a Witness.
I asked my family about Tony Morris not being on the governing body. They said who? They don’t know the names of the governing body or how many at the moment there are. They follow blindly. Also next year changes… I was talking to a family member about another close family member that was in the hospital. The issue of blood transfusions came up and the JW family member was like eh it’s up to them if they want get one . They acted very not serious about it. I was shocked because 6 years ago the same family member(who is also Jw) was in the hospital that’s all they worried about. Now their not being worried about it and saying well it’s up to them is very telling. I think the blood issue will be now something you won’t loose your salvation . It will be up to you with no involvement from the elders. Another thing birthdays. I think birthdays will be celebrated without the pagan aspects, like blowing out candles. And I think disfellowshipping by the end of 2025 will be no more. They are not winning any courts with keeping it so it’s out.
Birthdays have always seemed to be low-key OK to at least recognize. In my family in the '80s Dad would always lead us at the dinner table with a "happy birthDATE so-and-so." Both JW grandmas would always send us kids a card with a tenner inside. And the HLCs are available now only by request, they no longer show up uninvited to meddle with the doctors. And Watchtower doesn't want to subcontract specialized work anymore, they want their branches and Bethels to be trained and ready to go which means higher education. I wouldn't be surprised if in 20 years 1914 and the Parousia will be gone and much more will be left to the members' "Christian conscience." And they will go back to Russell's near-universalism, which has already started with the admission that they don't know who will be eternally annihilated and that people during the tribulation might say "hey JWs were right all along" and Jesus points his bow and arrow at no-good evil atheists instead of well-meaning Christians or Chinese/Indians/Bangledeshies who have 0 chance of ever hearing about Jesus let alone Watchtower Theocracy.
@ growing up no birthdays were recognized. My family even now , do not speak of birthdays or celebrate them in anyway. My grandparents were JWs for over 50years and were very strict on the no birthdays. My mom then grew up JW and baptized she was also very strict on no birthdays.
You may be right based on this paragraph 17 in the WT lesson today: “We have come to know Jehovah well, so we trust his judgment. We are not concerned if Jehovah has chosen to anoint some faithful ones in more recent years. We recall what Jesus said about the 11th-hour workers in his illustration of the vineyard. (Matt. 20:1-16) Those who were invited to work in the vineyard later in the day received the same wage as those who began working in it earlier. Likewise, no matter when anointed ones are selected, they will receive the heavenly reward if they are judged faithful.”
I agree Watchtower is definitely not in the mood to admit they were wrong and “apostates” were right. Hopefully it opens their remaining members eyes and more free themselves from this cult
Hey Wally. I agree that many of those points you made about changes & Ramapo and on point. The first priority of any business is to save The business. Hope you're enjoying the festive season!
So glad I found your channel Wally, please keep posting. I'm 55 years old and just waking up to the incredible manipulation. Trying to get my husband to wake up now with your content. He doesn't want to watch of course because you're an apostate 🙄
You must be patient with him. He has to come to that realization himself. There are ways to help him come to that realization, but it has to be done gently.
Sam Herd asked to retire from the Governing Body when he turned 80 years old. They told him as long as he still had his senses, they wanted him to stay. In 2025, Sam Herd is going to turn 90. He probably is going to retire this year, no matter what they say.
I think they gonna change rules. All older GB members get a house near Tony Morris and get to retirement that guy. Sit and drink whisky with old Tony every day
What if instead of them making it easier to pioneer, they will open more opportunities for regular publishers to do the extra things pioneers get to do? They've already done this with letting them attend half of the CO's pioneer meeting and stuff. Lowering the hours even more seem unlikely. But the more r&f are allowed and get glimpses into the "elite" jw world, the more brainwashed they will become and that could increase activity and interest, on top of the pressure and guilt alone?
@latin Therefore will the congregants be able to partake of the emblems just like the Catholics and possibly other religions ?? If so then what about those of the supposed 144,000 who make up the spiritual temple ??
1914 was important because it was 70 years after the Millerites' proclaimed "end" in 1844 - 70 years coresponding to the time of Jesus' birth to the destruction of Jerusalem. CTRussell worked for a while with Barbour, a victim of the "great disappointment" of the Millerites. Old "geezer' GB members are not a new thing: Bud Sullivan was "farmed out" to Watchtower Farms when he got too incapacitated to serve down in Brooklyn (the old days).
What will they still be talking about in 10 years? Abstaining from blood is no longer compulsory. And happy new year! (Yes even that we can)! Hello from France 😉
Of course, we know what the Society says about casinos. Then again, the organization is so chock-full of hypocrites that they just might do that. However, in New York state, they may have to try to be recognized as a First Nations group in order to start up a casino at Ramapo. On the other hand, would you be willing to make a contribution just to see David Splane performing in the main lounge, with “comedian” Gage Fleegle as his opening act telling “jokes” about beards in such a way as to make only Jimmy Fallon (from nearby Saugerties) proud? Or, perhaps Gerrit Lösch, in the small lounge, doing his mirror act? Maybe Sam Herd, on the casino floor, doing his “Mommy” routine or his “smaller cranium” routine or constantly telling the brothers and sisters at the Roulette table that ‘their best will never be good enough’? At a certain time each evening, “Heaven’s Eleven” (to borrow the nickname for them from the “Surviving Paradise” podcast) would stage a coordinated robbery of the casino, just like a certain film with Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Jr. and other members of the Rat Pack. However, in this case, they would be the Viper Brood. The possibilities could be endless on the Theocratic Strip! As Dean Martin sang in that film: “Ain’t that a kick in the head?” I suppose that the only thing missing would be Tony Morris with his “tight pants” routine and singing “Give Me a Drink”.
U hit it on the head Wally, only shunning the APOSTATES! My mom continued to associate with me despite being a Xjw…….but yrs later when I started TH-cam, chastising the religion, she immediately shunned me! That’s why jdubs can now briefly associate with DFed/DAed when there at the meetings!
Good takes! I could see Ramapo being put on hold or cancelled. I truly believe the real reason they started conceiving it is the GB wanted to be on the sets, and didn't like the fact they had to drive an hour to the Patterson and Mt. Ebo studios. They want a 5-minute commute. 😂
If they close a Bethel, it'll probably be Wallkill. They don't need the printing facilities and they recently renovated the facilities with swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. Could be an apartment complex easily.
I’m still wanting an update on where in the world did Anthony Morris disappear too. This is a huge red flag. And they’re trying to bury it,……🤔 I smell panic
So, recently I had asked my JW older relative, how, if you are told it’s the the “final part of the final part…” (end imminent)that they tell JWs not to get involved in “pursuits” like a good job or something, yet they embark on, not one, but 2 years long projects, taking many years? The Ramapo project, and the Jesus Series. She says: To use for emergencies if needed, or to teach the resurrected. Then the next thing occurred to me to ask, was if she remembered the art where all these people are in a line, leaving the city that seems to mostly be up in flames? Then I asked if she remembered the orange “art” with people running and fire balls raining down in the city? She said she remembered them. Then I asked: “How do they expect to build a huge movie studio, and it not get destroyed?” She says: “Jehovah will protect it.” Then I said: “But he won’t protect JW homes, and is why you need to keep a Go-Bag?” She said nothing then. 😗
Everytime I hear someone say that another should quit his/her job to make more meetings or go out in service more I try to softly say remember the past , then joke “ oh I think things can get way way worse “
I think the biggest reasons why JW’s (my parents) ignore all the many failed prophecies (1914; 144,000, overlapping generations) is because the religion drills you to believe that proverbs 4:18 is talking about, getting a ‘New Light/Better Understanding’ as the dayz goes on, ignoring what it really is about! ***Living a righteous life vs. Wicked life****
I think Jesus' birth will become a thing, given the new song plus short emphasis on the importance of it a few months ago. And if weekly meetings go away, their hold on their people will slip. They may recruit more, but the lukewarm ones may be able to be reprogrammed/deconverted. I hope so... my wife is close. I can see it and feel it... so close.
I think they will let the 1914 and related teachings fade. If they don’t address it, they don’t have to explain a new doctrine that will be even more ridiculous. But if they cut out mid weekly meetings, they lose a fundamental part of cult control. If you want to maintain control oversomeone’s mind, don’t let them go more than three days without contact with the group.
I don't think they will end shunning, it would be like end to them. I think their approach will be to end baptism on minor but make being unbaptized publisher bigger deal. Unbaptized minor already can carry microphone and stuff at the meeting (which sucks cuz I don't like carrying it). Maybe they'll let unbaptized publisher being a pioneer, so they have family pressure to be one etc so minor could be indoctrinated by being active in organisation even without being baptized. When it comes to doctrine, i think in Poland JWs still kinda care about doctrine, less and less, but still I don't think they'd ignore if they just get ride of 1914 or 144000. Or maybe I have too much faith in their minds and would ignore... And if they get rid of midweek meeting, I will celebrate this like crazy cuz its soo annoying
My family in Poland is very involved and zealous, but I think even they will not notice the doctrinal changes. They are focused on adapting to every change without thinking.
@Melowmin maybe you're right, JWs are pretty lazy since end of pandemic, they're often even don't go door to door and just stay home and drink coffee as it just friends meeting, not zbiórka (I don't sure how it's called in English, this little meeting before going to service with shitty tips how to preach, some random vers, y know). But still, like, I think there are some JWs which would notice and be surprised, but maybe wouldn't talk aloud about it. Some maybe would wake up? Like, you don't have to understand and remember all the doctrine to know that all of that religion stands on 1914 and if that date is false, there's no God's Kingdom ruling in heaven, and if there's no God's Kingdom in heaven, then Jesus did not choose Governing Body and Witnesses are wrong. On the other hand, to continue to claim that Jesus is some kind of King since 1914 and since then we have lived in the last days also don't make any sense... So maybe that doesn't really matter xD, but that definitely would be a big check on if Jehovah's Witnesses still care. I think there's still some caring individuals here, those nerdy types of JWs maybe?
Right now the Governing Body is watching Wally's video and voting to implement everything Wally said. 😁

😆🤣😂 my mom said that dates don’t matter that is insignificant stuff
I hate that! I remember hearing that too. In order to believe that, god would have needed a worldwide conspiracy. I'd ask him if he thinks god would condone and require people to find the truth through conspiracy? And how do they know the historians they "quote" in their literature aren't a part of that conspiracy either? I know this won't help sadly, lol. But it's so absurd.
😂😂😂
Your dad is right on😂
What's funny is that for years they would always make fun of other religions saying 'god works in mysterious ways' as a cop out for not having the answers. But not their version is 'we don't know' lol
...or "we have to leave it in Jehovah's hands" that's the JW.borg version of the thought stopping christian method "God works in mysterious ways".
They went from knowing everything back in 90s. To " we just don't know " now.
They never say that its only yhe other religions that do
They are blinded by their idiotic ignorance of the Bible. They should create time to study the Scriptures so they will know the truth.
We are so proud to be part of the wake up during Covid! 🎉
When my son was small he said “Berry Tiffantee” when he tried to say merry Christmas. Berry Tiffantee Wally, hope you have a good holiday season ❤
That is SO precious! ❤
Berry Tiffantee 🎄
Merry Festivus to all the rest of us!
@ Yes! ♥️
A video going over the victories of 2024 for ex-JWs would be a good idea for late December.
607 is the teaching that woke me up, but the older JW will have a hard time if they change that doctrine
Not me!! I woke up and left 5 years ago I was 60 years old
@ cool
Yeah. 144k. We don’t know if we are right or wrong …”we can’t be dogmatic”!! Remember that line?
You forgot " there's no need to apologise for previous errors "
I think tony morris wanted to double down on doctrine, and everyone else wanted to make a shift.
He must have thought, "Where'd everybody go?"
WT needs to do away with shunning completely, then the governments might ease up on them. What happened to religious freedom where people are free to choose which religion they prefer without being heavily penalised if they choose to leave?
Then they wouldn’t have power the religion would dissolve . What’s to keep people in
Exactly! Funny, they brought up " religious freedom " in their situation, but can't allow the members to exercise the same thing! So much hypocrisy in that organization...it is just really boring and a waste of time going. It's always a repeat from 3 months ago, or 3 days😂
Probably half of members would drop from org if they did. Maybe even 70 %
I really hope the shunning can be gone forever.
When Watchtower is destroyed, it will be.
Wow wally absolutely excellent ,we see the same thing coming
I can’t believe JWs built a new HQ and not a single church or chapel. Mind boggling
I don't know if this is local or not but earlier this year I met some members from when I went and they told me their Sunday meeting is Saturday now in the past this was unheard of
So what if they have changed their meeting day?
This is nothing new. My mom has had her Sunday meeting on Saturday for many years. Because the WT has consolidated congregations and sold off KHs, they have more congregations sharing a single building, so in some instances (like my mom’s) their congregation agreed to have their Sunday meeting on Saturday to free up times on Sunday for the other congregations.
@@ASMR_Orangely ARE you a jehovah witness??
@@NanciasReactTv why that question?
@@bigboithe8thYes. I live in a metroplex area. Shared KH's make for Saturday meetings, and have for decades.
Jesus was 30 when he was baptized. Why are children being baptized at all?
Ask Catholics
So it’s harder to leave when your brain develops enough to see through the indoctrination
that was always my question and never answered
Because the end is so near? :/
lett looks like he's gonna kick the can before 2026.
I feel like Lett, Losch and Herd are already semi-retired and just going through the motions when their health allows
We can hope but people are pretty dumb despite evidence
Their simply waiting for heaven to call... call 911
Goodbye little sheep 💀
Baaaaaa little sheep baaaaa 🐑 🐑 🤣🤣 this Cult driving everyone crazy
Re: Governing body cutting deadwood. Man, aint gonna lie; going to miss Lett's goofy-ass face (not his message(s) but his face as that goober makes some crazy expressions).
goober 🤣😂😂
Very informative
The only reason why people are in is for the titles they get and they feel they have no place to go
100.. this is one reason they are trying so hard to get young ones a “title”.
Especially when you tell females to only marry a person with a title.
They will definitely sell off 25% - 50% of the kingdom halls
😂😂😂
I believe Russell based his calculations for dates on measurements taken from the great pyramid at Giza. Can't understand why that didn't work out 😂
Loonies talking bad stuff about loonies. What a world.
The present mindset of the GB reminds me of that old Christmas song...." It's Beginning to Look alot like Studid". Seriously though anything they do will be to save face without making a serious change. 1914, 144,000 is a die at the gates doctrine for sure.
Nor changing blood transfusion, the most drastic of them all 😢
I recently tried to wake up a 78 year old friend. He dismissed my complaint about JWs and instead gloried that he now has a long white beard and that the GB has become accessible and jokes around.
That’s exactly what I said!!!! If we can do all these 16:37 videos now…why the hell we need 400 acres and 1200 people for the ramapo project. Total waste of “dedicated funds”
Or. The long term plan is no more Kingdom Halls. All meetings virtual with lots of videos
20:01 🎯🎯🎯 the way you have broken down this new JW culture is SPOT ON!!!
Members can go to university. Poor members equal smaller amount of financial contributions
Educated members are not as likely to be willing to do the slave labor that hey need them for.
Having free labour at their disposition is more valuable than donations. Poor members can still help with building stuff. They have far more income streams than just donations now.
THANK YOU!
I think you are right about everything
Poor Tony. He thought he was very important. Now he got kicked out, his out of JW memory.
You may be right based on this paragraph 17 in the WT lesson today:
“We have come to know Jehovah well, so we trust his judgment.
Yes. Such an important point, debra. Saving the business is the priority.
Best wishes with that, mandy. Sincerely.

Ooouuu I’m early!
Sit and drink whisky with old Tony every day
First 😏🥇 heeey Wally 😏🌿
What if instead of them making it easier to pioneer, they will open more opportunities for regular publishers to do the extra things pioneers get to do? They've already done this with letting them attend half of the CO's pioneer meeting and stuff. Lowering the hours even more seem unlikely. But the more r&f are allowed and get glimpses into the "elite" jw world, the more brainwashed they will become and that could increase activity and interest, on top of the pressure and guilt alone?
144,000 is NOT a literal number like we first thought 😅
Funny you say that about Special Convention, cause there’s one coming to Sacramento California in 2025.
You’re the one I watch. 🌻
I can see several changes in the next couple of years. The 144 thousand becoming symbolic. This generation propaganda eventually being abandoned.
@latin
Therefore will the congregants be able to partake of the emblems just like the Catholics and possibly other religions ??
If so then what about those of the supposed 144,000 who make up the spiritual temple ??

Jesus said
“I will be with u for ALL TIMES”
Mt 28
JWs skipped 1900yrs
1914 was important because it was 70 years after the Millerites' proclaimed "end" in 1844 - 70 years coresponding to the time of Jesus' birth to the destruction of Jerusalem. CTRussell worked for a while with Barbour, a victim of the "great disappointment" of the Millerites.
Old "geezer' GB members are not a new thing: Bud Sullivan was "farmed out" to Watchtower Farms when he got too incapacitated to serve down in Brooklyn (the old days).
I believe it was Stephen Lett said “ I know Armageddon will come before I die” just priceless
What will they still be talking about in 10 years?
Abstaining from blood is no longer compulsory.
And happy new year! (Yes even that we can)!
Hello from France 😉
I actually heard an elder 2 years ago say that they should get rid of midweek meetings or make them entirely zoom
They should just build a Warwick hotel and casino and start a new strip on the ramapo project the blood card would be the players card
Trying to be less cult-ish
I like the background music
Number of memorial partakes will no longer be included in the annual report. Will be told it's not important to know.
They did buy a second house across the street from Tony’s! True fact however the rumor is that this second home is used for Tony’s security detail.
Probably also watching him to make sure the truth doesn't come out
😲
Not really for security detail. With the help of a friend I recently found out who lived there and it does make sense.
According to most JWs on quora only apostates are focused on the governing body, meanwhile they say jump & every JW jumps 😂
Oops!!! We made a mistake!! Maybe Jah changed His mind. Maybe Watchtower made a wrong accounting. We mean 1914 is really year 2200.
🌴🌺 Thank you!!!!
Loved the Fa-La-La at the outro.
Good takes! I could see Ramapo being put on hold or cancelled. I truly believe the real reason they started conceiving it is the GB wanted to be on the sets, and didn't like the fact they had to drive an hour to the Patterson and Mt. Ebo studios. They want a 5-minute commute. 😂
They'll just exchange Herd for another black man, and perhaps appoint a Hispanic.
If they close a Bethel, it'll probably be Wallkill. They don't need the printing facilities and they recently renovated the facilities with swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. Could be an apartment complex easily.
There is much more than printing going on at Wallkill. And also Wallkill is a lot closer to Warwick & Ramapo than Patterson.
Well they sold Bethel & moved over near the NY/NJ in Rockland County. That’s the new base of their operations !!!
I’m still wanting an update on where in the world did Anthony Morris disappear too. This is a huge red flag. And they’re trying to bury it,……🤔 I smell panic
In business terms Watchtower will go bankrupt in 2025 and will be seriously begging for money by whatever changes are needed.
🤞
Exactly. In clever rewording only.
Are you out of your mind? You dont know how much money they actually have in for example properties xD. Let me tell you. A lot💀

I think Watchtower watches The Wally Broadcasting Network when there are new releases.
They'll cancel Rampo because they "don't have enough money." Which will kick off a two year fundraising campaign.
I have a feeling Bdays would be up to our own conscience
GB ask for sure more money..
and remove the midweek meeting... at least as a PIMO.. 1 less BORING meeting!
16.00 Perhaps Watchtower will hire out the Ramapo facility to groups like Megadeath, Creaming Jesus, and Slipknot
And Disturbed, Cannibal Corpse & Korn. 💪🏼
If there's one thing to pray for, it's for them to abolish midweek meetings. It is literally a socialising event for most people, so unnecessary
Bro… why the piano in the BG while u speak? 😂
I’m sure the 3 old guys realize they can get the axe if they don’t follow what the other guys want to do. After Tony got the axe
We are not in the last days
Everytime I hear someone say that another should quit his/her job to make more meetings or go out in service more I try to softly say remember the past , then joke “ oh I think things can get way way worse “
I think the biggest reasons why JW’s (my parents) ignore all the many failed prophecies (1914; 144,000, overlapping generations) is because the religion drills you to believe that proverbs 4:18 is talking about, getting a ‘New Light/Better Understanding’ as the dayz goes on, ignoring what it really is about! ***Living a righteous life vs. Wicked life****
❤
I think Jesus' birth will become a thing, given the new song plus short emphasis on the importance of it a few months ago.
And if weekly meetings go away, their hold on their people will slip. They may recruit more, but the lukewarm ones may be able to be reprogrammed/deconverted. I hope so... my wife is close. I can see it and feel it... so close.
I think 🤔 also they’ll start celebrating 🙌🏽 Birthdays 🥳 & Holidays eventually. Just my thought & opinion…………
MI INGLÉS NO ES BUENO ,PERO GRACIAS POR TU VALIOSA APORTACIÓN UN FUERTE ABRAZO DE CHIHUAHUA MÉXICO GRACIAS 😅
Today you ask to a Jehovah witness about 1914 says next time in any meeting will bring you the answer and change the topic 🤣
I think there's still some caring individuals here, those nerdy types
of JWs maybe?
I hope they ease up on tattoos cuz I just got 4 🙊 😬 lol
Celebrate birthdays, Celebrate Thanksgiving
