Matco Friday hell yeah! I have the 27” 1/2 ratchet and it’s pretty damn good!

I remember getting my Matco long rachect in 2010, @ the time we had a large amount of trucks that baring the engine was a pain if you did not have the matco rachect the fine tooth and long handle was the ticket. The turbos covered the access hole for the engine rotation tool. Looks like I be getting myself another Matco rachect. Inches matter!!!
I have the 33” Matco ratchet. Pretty damn good tool. Love it for removing serpentine belts.

Well for us “Shade Tree” mechanics, I have had it start raining on me right in the middle of a job several times and I got to say, I sure am glad my Milwaukee’s hasn’t had any problems after getting soaked before I could gather everything up and put away… still running like a champs!

I've got one of those long ratchets from matco. It is one bad a$$ unit. I recommend buying one if anybody works on anything medium/heavy duty. Congrats on 100k Clay. Love your videos. Thanks bub

Never had to send my DeWalt's in for warranty, or even out of warranty repair... 😛
33-3/8. Ive already had to warrant mine as it snapped clean at the weld under the head (youll see the grind). No big deal but a friend over at peterbuilt has broken 2 ; so is it really just a bad design? Who knows. All i know is if it breaks again, ill trade mine back in and stick to the 27. The 27 doesnt fkex as much either which feels safer/stronger anyway (to me).
My dealer gave me that 33" ratchet when I bought my box that was already 7k off. I used it a few times but always made me nervous pulling that hard on a 1/2" so I ended up selling it because I already had a 24" snap on
I like the tool truck videos, but what happened to all the shop videos? I miss some of the tool torture tests, showing what's in each techs toolbox and just the funny interactions with everyone.

Hey I mean if they are looking to get rid of ANY of those Milwaukee chargers, I was just given a couple of m18 things like a 1/2" impact, 3/8 impact, bit driver and a flashlight from my coworker since he upgraded to newer things, and all I’ve ever had was Ryobi stuff but working at the dealership it’s really beaten them up and I’ve gone through 1, 1/2" Ryobi Burshless but I’ve always liked Milwaukee but it’s jsut so expensive for me, I’m struggling, but I’m gonna be slowly upgrading my electric stuff, since I’m starting a new job at a shop that doesn’t have any Pneumatic tools since there’s nothing they do that requires it, it’s just doing emergency vehicle outfits like lights and sirens, cages, center consoles etc. and even do construction crews, box trucks etc. hopefully I’ll be able to pick up a few electric stuff before I start or I’m gonna be screwedd😊
