Wayv, or Wei Shen V, can't attach NCT to its name because of the whole China/Korea thing. But the fandom is the same. And Kun is the leader (upper right jawline). He's older than Ten by a few months and officially debuted on Black On Black, though he sang the Chinese version of Without You way earlier. Black leather jacket is ya boy Win Win from NCT U & 127. My baby Kun is the oldest here, though he's the same year as Ten (both born in 1996. Ten is the 96line maknae.) He was born January 1st, the same day as WayV's debut announcement. If that doesn't tell us that he'll be the leader of this unit, IDK. 😅

I think it's just that Kun looks so different with blonde hair compared to his natural hair colour and he hasn't had a close up in a music video yet since he's only been in Black On Black, but I get where you're coming from, I was a little disappointed too since Kun is one of my biases 😪

Ten is not half. He probably around 1/4 Chinese. It's normal in Thailand.
I believe ethically he’s Chinese but his nationality is Thai
His profile says he's ethnically Chinese and that his family prioritised him learning languages in the order of Mandarin > English > Thai > Korean > Japanese. So I'm pretty sure he is ethnically more than 1/4 Chinese since he doesn't look 3/4 native Thai. I myself was born in Australia, but my parents and grandparents were born in Indonesia so I have an Indonesian surname even though I'm fully ethnically Han Chinese. I just say I'm Indonesian-Australian because it's easier than having to explain why I don't have a Chinese family name.
I'm saying about his blood, not only ethnicity....in my case I am Thai nationality but my ethnicity is Chinese even though my father is Chinese and my mother is Thai - Chinese so I got Thai-Chinese in blood. There are a lot of Thai people who are similar to me. I think Ten might be same with me.
JNatalie his cousin said that their great-grandparents (so we’d only know of one parent’s side) came to Thailand from China. He’s most likely majority Thai and that’s it bc we don’t know anything more in terms of percentages. Also that thing about languages isn’t true, Ten said that as a joke

Qian Kun (blonde one) is the oldest and he's been in nct for a long time and he hasnt debuted in any songs except for without you chinese version and he was included in black on black in the nct 2018 project. he's the expected leader of this unit bc it's his first fixed unit and actual debut with an actual song and performance and everything not just a version of a song or a dancer like in black on black. this is actually his debut debut. i'm so glad you took the time to check them out and stan them we've been waiting months for this unit 😭😭😭

- Ten is from Thailand but can speak four languages (a genius i know) he can speak thai, english , korean and chinese.

so, NCT them self are "concentrated" to expand music with their "unlimited" members, and they are divided through CITY BASED, SONG BASED, and DREAM (young or teen aged - up to 20 years old).
CITY BASED as if NCT 127, which is the "127" stands for Seoul's longitude also the Korean based unit and WayV is their china based unit one. a little explanation why they don't exactly put NCT in front of the "WayV", it's because there's political issues going on around with china and south Korea that makes Korean idol/artist work in china as if F(X)'s Victoria & EXO's Lay kind of limited.. and plus WayV is under Label V (SM Entertainment's China-exclusive label -the Chinese agency SM entertainment has a joint venture with) not SM entertainment them-self so that "NCT" WayV can start their debut and activities in china, as like LAY under LAY STUDIO for his Chinese schedule, and VICTORIA under SONG QIAN STUDIO - "freely".
SONG BASED as like all the NCT U, U for UNITED. that's why it's called NCT - U (BOSS), NCT - U (the 7th sense), NCT - U (Yestoday), NCT - U (Without You), NCT - U (Baby Don't Stop). they rotate the members and make a group based on the members that can pull off the song better.
DREAM (young or teen aged - up to 20 years old). well it's the third sub-unit of NCT. The group follows an admission-graduation system, where they graduate from the unit after reaching the Korean age of 20 (19 internationally- and yeah Mark just Graduated from NCT Dream on 31st of December). I think you can tell what kind of group NCT Dream is, if you've listened to their song:)
