I like Beauty in A Pot 美滋鍋, I think it's a S'porean Restaurant. I am M'sian Chinese. But Hai Di Lao 海底撈 is famous. Hai Di Lao is mainland chinese restaurant, boss is mainland chinese, few years ago he migrated to S'pore and he's now the richest man in S'pore.
You are right about Bukit Bintang is the place to stay/live. Look at my husband! He never wanted to live elsewhere in KL! 😂😂😂 When he came for the second time, he didn't think twice about Bukit Bintang. 😁 But here's the thing... we actually never ate at that restaurant. 🤭 Ooops! We past by all the time...
Yes!! So true. We were really surprised by our luck to find this Chinese hotpot... but I guess we should have expected how good the food would be! Malaysia is the land of food 😜
They need to come up with a halal China hotpot restaurant. It's too good not to give it a try. It's slightly different from our local steamboat restaurants. And it isn't too hard as the flavours are in the broth and sauces which are mostly non pork and non alcohol base. And the meat used are mostly beef and seafood. I personally skip the pork dishes when eating hotpot anyway. I usually go straight for the slice beef.
Pitwan desu hot pot really delicious, may be somebody can make halal version for Malays, cooked thin slices of lamb/beef in broth really delicious. This is mainland chinese style hot pot not M'sian chinese style.
Awesome work you two!! Been following you on Instagram for a long time, so much cooler to watch these videos in high definition on a big screen. Awesome time in Malaysia, glad you were able to work it out, glad things worked out ha ha, for you to stay for so long. Best of luck, enjoy
Awesome! Thank you! Glad you are enjoying our videos. We are putting lots of effort into them... looking for great places to showcase, getting good footage, editing, etc. We are really enjoying travelling Malaysia. Stay tuned for more good content!

thanks for sharing this great place and food. you guys order a lot of food for 2 persons for making every video. actually you can order just enough for 2 persons to avoid food wastage
No regrets!! We went all out, and the servers hooked us up with a couple dishes when they saw us filming. What a great meal, what a great eating experience! Loved it
A A.R it is a bit costly compared to local eateries but still affordable. It’s like getting a Musang King durian. But it is so worth it!! Save it for special occasion...it was Ivana’s birthday. Also depends on how much food you order!
@@patricklim4592 I went to Wong Mei Kei restaurant to pack a roast pork rice & it cost RM25 for a pack!!! But the roast pork really melts in your mouth 😋😋
Depends on what you order! There are some meat options for as low as RM10, and of course some fancy ones over RM50. The veg are pretty affordable. It’s worth every penny!
@@JetLagWarriors , I just saw their prices online, it's not that expensive or cheap either. Their item prices are pretty varied and can probably cater to different budgets. From $5 stuff to $200 serving of abalone :)
Steve, I thought you are not a seafood lover. Especially fish. Yet you still enjoy your seafood. Looking at you 2 makes my stomach hungry, growling!🤤🤤🤤🤤
I am not a seafood lover. Although the seafood at Xiao Long Kan was delicious. I really enjoyed it. My guess is that lower quality fish products have a more 'fishy' taste. The really fresh and high quality ones are just delicious. Xiao Long Kan 👌😃
