I just started playing Division last month. As I was killing Chains, he dropped Barret's vest and resulted in me levelling up in field proficiency. As I opened the field proficiency cache, it gave me a Warlord. Open world bosses have given me more of what I need than in missions or dark zone since I never bought any DLC.
**For anyone returning to The Division in 2020 patch 1.8.2** The Tommy Gun can drop from the Weekly Cache from the Weekly Assignment, I imagine the M1928 can as well but it has not dropped for me

I actually got the Thompson a few days before the shield and turned it into parts because it was bad Btw how do you use their talent? Maybe with d3-fnc?

Missing the Bullfrog and Tenebrae, when I swear I had both at one point before the commodation. Must have been on one of my 2 throw away agents and wiped one to let a friend play 😩 now grinding again for those two. Any spots with a higher drop rate for these two nowadays?

So in the last like 2 weeks, I have gotten a decent amount of classified, but not enough apparently as want to use the striker set but I have only gotten 2/6 so far.

Alex Franco 6p LS, looks like between 4-7K Stam, focusing on HSD, ammo cap and crit damage. It’s a fairly standard LS build by the looks of it. Ide search the division builds website for some more options
Played a mission in legendary mode with 3 other players with complete classified sets with gear scores 290 and still got raped. Just because they all go John Wick at the NPCs and no strategy at all.. Some players really.
I have everything accept the Thompson. I thought it was the same weapon as the Tommy gun. But I think I deleted because I though it was the only version for the Tommy gun.
I missed the BigAl. Tried all the methods you listed here (beside legendary missions, due equipment) and still got nothing. I like equipment like ninjabike, because it creates new possibilities of builds, but aside that I am not impressed by legendary equipments or weapons.

The Defiler could only be level 5, so don't worry about that one. Nothing in particular for the Big Alejandro.
