Thanks for sharing! I don't see the "Add" button though on my Salesforce Add-in on Outlook - so when i go over a new contact, it just says "No Matching Contacts or Leads in SF" but i can't do anything to add it.
Thanks for the video. Can the same be done from the Outlook Contacts area? Also, when a contact is updated in Outlook, will that contact be updated in Saleforce?
I am having the same problem as Rajiv. I have the option to add other fields (customer / account / etc), but I cannot add Contacts. Is there something I need to do to turn this option on?
