Thank you Will, not planned, coming back from another video job and saw this castle - had to explore - very hot day and when I got the DJI Spark up to catch some aerial footage, loads of swallows started swopping at the drone!!! Still a great day and glad you enjoyed there video. Many thanks for watching :)

Lovely Video. Looks like a nice place for a walk in the Autumn. The other thing Sax is famous for is Shoe manufacturing! Just down the road is Elda which is also famous for ladies shoes and bags and looks quite pretty.

Nice one Shaun, I've driven past Sax a few times on travels and the castle on that rocky ridge always looks impressive and so it's been on my list to scout out for a while, hopefully I'll get there in the next couple of months. Thank you for sharing and be careful in the heat

You have pronounced it correctly Shaun, a bit of a shame it was closed. I don't know how you keep coming up with interesting places to visit but keep them coming all good stuff.

I love your videos even i am 30 years from retirement =D We are tired of Costa del Sol and want to move out to Costa Blanca for cheaper lifestyle and more quiet life. The traffic, tourism and prices have gotten out of hand here. Do you have any idea if its possible to get decent internet in the small towns around Murcia region?

Thank you Thomas, I saw a article saying Spain was way ahead of the UK with internet and most places here have fast band. I have a wifi box on my roof to pick up the signal. You got plenty of time to check out Spain before you retire. Many thanks for watching and have a great weekend :)
@ Thanks for your reply, we already lived on Costa del Sol for years but the house prices and traffic here makes it not worth it anymore. Can i ask you what kind of internet speeds you are getting with that setup, as we both need it for work

Sorry Thomas, I haven't a clue about speeds but I'm sure if you check with who ever you choose, they can tell you the correct speeds. I know of people who work online as this seems to be the trend here. :)
One more of many impressive castles in Spain. I suppose we owe most of them to the Moorish invasion and the Reconquista, si o no.?.
