CJ, I have abstained from the perennial McRib for many years now. This is an exceedingly appetizing variation. Usually, I am not a fan of slaws, but I am very tempted by this version as well. I will enjoy putting my own spin on this. Excellent cook and build. And the clips were spot on, had me laughing out loud. Guys, keep it up.

Another great recreation is to take a rack of ribs, score the back of the bones lengthwise and and they will flick right out when done. I usually do onion rings or French's fried onions and spicy pickles. Love the slaw touch though

Last year's rendition of the mcrib was horrible. Used to love mcribs, but they have changed the recipe in the processed meat patty and bbq sauce now that to me it's way too Bland meat and weak sauce. So I made my own with real smoked ribs removed bones. Modified sweet baby ray's bbq sauce with sweet yellow onions and pickles to replicate the mcrib ingredients as close as possible but way better. Never eating McDonald's mcrib again. But will give your mcrib a try looks awsome! Griddle On!
Sorry but I’m team McNaDude. Good effort but I have had more McRibs than I would care to discuss. I love the thing and that ain’t it. I’ve made bbq sauce but go to Whole Foods and get meat Mitch bbq sauce…. You’re welcome. lol I get that the meat in the McRib is mystery meat but I love it.
Ps. I worked at McDonald’s in high school and worked there when they rolled out the McRib… I remember setting up the new equipment for it. That is how long I’ve eaten the mcrib.
I am a retired executive chef with over 40 years of experience. Blackstone needs a safety officer who can lead its customers on how to safely cook and have fun at the same time. When I saw this video and yes, there are others like it "ring the bell" to consume alcohol that is a huge, huge very huge "DON'T DO IT!" Just one cup of alcohol affects a person's ability to pay attention, smell, taste and other important brain functions. I have personally seen drunken stupor individuals who, while cooking fell onto the grill thus receiving third degree burns. I personally had a list of safety first for my staff. Any violation of those rules could lead to being terminated. Drinking alcohol or cooking while intoxicated on alcohol of any drug was an automatic termination of employment. Please do not drink alsohol and cook at the same time. The risks of serious injuries just aren't worth it. When the food is cooked, and the gas has been turned off THEN enjoy having a beer on me!

Yup. Left over ribs vacuum packed. Warmed up in the sous vide. Add a little sauce and almost as good as the original.
