My inpods 12 problem is when i used the inpods the left side change to right and the right side change to left.. Anyone can help me? ( is very hard when I'm playing game example like pubg because the sound of step is wrong)
Aww, I think it's already the program set up on the inpods that are with fault. I'd suggest going back to the store you purchase it from and file a warranty claim or assistance.
Place both buds back and reset it to reset open the lid and long press the button for more than 15 seconds 17 preferrably then close it then open again take both buds go to Bluetooth a new i12 name will appear forget the current i12 and connect the new i12 it should return to normal

Need help. Kakarating lang ng iPods 12s ko now. At first, left side yung gumagana, dun nagpplay ng sounds and right pods, walang sound. Binasa ko manual. Priness ko yung censor. Tapos baliktad na nangyare. Right side na yung nagpplay ng sound then left side walang sound. Kapag nilong press mo yung censor nung left pods (yung di na nagpplay ng audio), maririnig mo naman na may tunog like "Power off". Only issue ko lang talaga is dij nagpplay ng sound yung left pods. Yung right side lang talaga nagpplay. Nagtroubleshoot na ako. Tried resetting it like pressing both pods for 5 seconds/long press to turn off. Then binabalik ko sa lalagyan. Both pods naka red light naman kapag binalik sa case. Inunpair pair unpair ko na din. Same. Ang naririnig ko lang talaga sa left side is power off/on. Pag parehas ko sila priness sa censor nila ng sabay, naririnig ko Power Off sa left side then chinese language siguro ng Power off yung naririnig ko sa right. Pero kahit anong gawin ko talaga, di nagpplay ng audio yung left side. Nagreboot na din ako phone, wala pa din. Someone help me plsss. :(

Isang inPods 12 lang din nadedetect ng bluetooth sa 3 phone. Atsaka naririnig ko naman sa left pod na magppower off/on sya kapag nilolong press ko pag nasa tenga ko. Ang issue ko tlaga dito, hindi nagpplay ng music. Kumbaga di talaga nagpplay kahit ano. So its not turned off kung narinig ko na Power on.
