Actually, Bunnies(fandom name)=Ban heesoo ( a girl name)
It's about the parasocial relationship fans share with their favorite groups, to the world it's nothing but for them it's everything, from giving hope, strength, courage (since it's made for the fans as told by MHJ). As it shows in the end she goes out with the boy and remember nj as a fond of memory, like in the mv what the girl needed at that point was an escape and nj became one. But when she plays vcr again after a long time, the girls come back. In a way nj will be there whenever you need them.
One another interesting thing is the girl's name is ban-hessoo(bunnies) the fandom name of newjeans.. further letting us know that hessoo was us fans.
The cast symbolises: pain in her life when she turned to kpop(newjeans)
The guy: was real life which she is avoiding.
The deer: is a messenger urging her to make a change in her life.
You can see her smiling at newjeans at the end as she lives her life and grows older( the message is newjeans is not going anywhere) she does not regret stanning them but she's glad she lived her life.
Other guys i know based in Texas don’t even know what kpop is or how to enjoy it and yet you three look so comfy watching nj MV it’s a whole mood 😂😊😊 luv your banter and the honest reactions!

Ditto is such a great song. Idk why but it reminded me a bit of HYYH and Wings era BTS. Their lore was different but just as interesting. I don't think you guys have reacted to BTS Wings short films yet. They released one for each member and they are so interesting. Maybe you could add them to your list?

By the way, personally, I never say k-pop saved my life because it didn't. I can say, however, BTS changed my life. They made me aware that I needed to try to love myself first. That fact alone helped me get out of the things that was harming my life and i can say I am a different person now 🥰
Agree 💯. There are so many positive messages in BTS songs. I feel like they wrote those lyrics for themselves, but ended up helping us, the audience, in the process. That's why their music hits so close to home for so many of us. Because it sounds so sincere and heartfelt. I've been an ARMY for years, but I'm still discovering new music by them that I haven't heard before. And every time I read their lyrics, I'm even more impressed. Truly what a group! They deserve all the success and love 💜

The concept story is that the girl with the cast and her friends had an accident where the driver hit a deer and she is the only one that survived, because of this she is traumatized and imagines her "died" friends in all places they been together.

I’m not sure the meaning is related to fan vs idol relationships. Because the girl Hanseeo in the video had a TH-cam channel where she uploads new videos daily of New Jeans and she writes that she is making a music video for the group.

banheesoo, newjeans, ador . those youtube accounts are run by hybe entertainment. That channel is included in their concept. Everything connected to ditto will be posted there, omg, and the next ones if there are any. that's called marketing strategy.

I posted the comment explaining to the AMP theory that the TH-cam channel by Hanseoo has been uploading daily and with different dates/years. Indicating it could be different time lines versus the theory of parasocial relationships. So I think I don’t need an explanation of marketing or New Jeans, clearly I’m familiar.
