- The Annual Meeting of Yalta European Strategy (YES) - “The Future Is Being Decided in Ukraine” - was held on September 8-9, 2023 in Kyiv.
Over 500 leading politicians, diplomats, businessmen, civil activists and experts from more than 20 countries took part in the conference organized by YES in partnership with the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.

I admit, watching the Brexit politician, "WE LEAVE THE EU OR DIE", waging war to get Ukraine into the EU is hillarious.
You've got it all wrong, Putin waged the war to keep Ukraine out of NATO and the EU just as he did with Georgia.
The elections question seemed rather awkward. He didn't mention that elections during a war are not even Constitutional? It would be very expensive and quite distracting. But during a war it would give him a distinct advantage.
