Mine arrived today. You were right. I was blown away by how comfortable it is. I can hold it in brace grip as well as pinch grip. Must say l like it way better than my HGH wrap and tuck. I feel it is slightly heavier than the HGH goblet.
I already have the EVO HGH in wrap and tuck. I was thinking of getting a clipped version and while watching your video l paused it and ordered this one, so next time you meet Mr Mike don't forget to ask for a kickback😅😂😂😂
You won't regret it!! I've been shooting an Axiom X for a couple of weeks and went back to the Evo today. It was like an old friend, and accuracy instantly went back to where it should be, if not better. It's pure quality and class. I think it'll be very hard to beat.
@@WildandWiredUK l believe you. I recently started shooting OTT with my HGH and l was surprised how accurate l was shooting with it. I wanted to buy the clipped slingshot so l am getting the Evo carbon. Prior to it l had TTF slingshots from GZK Snipersling and another one from Indonasia. I have the Axiom as well but the problem is it's plugs keep coming lose after a few shots despite puting them in the correct way.
Thanks dude, I've got some of my favourite (expensive) resin arriving tomorrow so I'll get busy with making stuff later this week. Any suggestions also welcomed, the more original the better...
Nice review Wild, definitely like the look of it with scales. I always find myself looking at one, but the exchange and shipping to Canada have me holding off. Still in my bucket list though.
nice update...looks much better as the older one 👌🏻easy to costumize with nice scales...micarta should be the nicest option 😎 not bad at all...only bad thing : for us germans it will be damn expensive because shipping and tax and all that stuff 😕
Let me know there's anything I can do to make that cheaper for you?? Happy to send something to you, but I don't think it'll be any cheaper than the methods CattyShack use??
@@WildandWiredUK thank you bro 😎👊🏻 but yes...there is no way to make it cheaper...thats really weird here... last time roland sends me a GIFT! and i hab pay 18 euros tax for that...for a gift! unbelivable...i think a frame in this pricerange will be at something around 160 at the end...
Alright! That was fun. I can tell you love it and now I feel like im missing out. How does it compare to your Apex+? Or is that not considered a goblet shooter?
They're similar but different beasts imho. The slanted wrist makes all the difference I think, although i shoot the apex slightly forward anyway. I just drilled holes in an Evo Ergo and put Wasp Enzo clips on it and it's amazing, comfy AF - all for 30 quid...
@WildandWiredUK you are brilliant! Drilling holes in the Evo. Been thinking of doing the same to my slant roller. The curvature of the Evo was the first thing that popped out to me. Might have to be my next frame since I'm loving shooting 95mm. Love the channel btw. Easily one of my faves!
Only the first time and never again, don't worry...!! The edges can be a little sharp from the machining, so just round them off gently with the sandpaper and you can feel them with your fingertips to make sure they're not too sharp. It doesn't need a lot of scrubbing, just a little to take the edge off (if any)
I should have weighed the pair of them together...I'll do it in a short, thanks! Heavy can be good, I prefer it for stability but some like it lightweight. I tried drilling into the 85mm Evo and broke 3 bits trying...the stuff is hardened....

Nice one, it's amazing, enjoy!! I'm pretty sure the added weight just gives more confidence and less recoil

excited to see what scales you can come up with

Any possibility of ergo shaped scales? Think that would be an absolute winner….
Yes that makes it 100 percent better .EVO 🇬🇧

Thanks very much. I kind of wish I'd bought it sooner. Maybe Omega can ship in a bulk load?

Now try the .85 red shot band 👍🏻
Good idea, never shot anything thicker than a 0.6....thanks, I'll grab some and do some chrono tests with it
I’ve ordered mine with 1mm bands!!
When are the scales ready to buy.
I ordered the classic Evo field pro V2, does the sandpaper disc need to be used only the first time? or every time I change the rubber bands?

@@WildandWiredUK it would of been better with lightning holes under the scales.
