The AEW travel coordinator is a long-time friend of The Bucks. His twitter bio calls himself a mini-Buck. He has been liking anti-Punk tweets for months, especially after this event. What an amazing coincidence the ONLY guy with travel issues is CM Punk. It's incredible really how amateurish it all is.
it's no one's fault but punks hes the guy who started all this. maybe dont start and constantly stir shit with the guys who started the company and are friends with most of the people in it. punk started the shit at the press conference bringing up colt, he is the one who told anyone who had a problem with what he said to come see him, hes the one who goes out and cuts promos after the show to try to bury talent. it's all punk. he came into a company thinking everyone was going to kiss his ass and it didnt work out that way so his ego is bruised. this guys has the biggest ego in the world for no reason hes never been a draw, hes never been good in the ring really, and hes never been liked in any company hes ever been in.
In regards to Punk being stranded in London, people found the AEW travel communicator liking anti-punk tweets, and his profile was completely pro Young Bucks. He scrubbed his entire Twitter after people called him out. Punk wasn’t lying, he really is working with children.
People saying Punk isn’t a trained fighter? The guy did training for MMA, and competed. He did loose, but that doesn’t mean he’s not better than the average person. Even the worst guy on any professional sport is still better than normal people.
Punk can't fight bruh.. he should've never been in the UFC.. any average person who can use their hands just a little bit would smoke Punk.. would've been interesting if Miro and Punk actually got into it, but apparently Punk wisely walked away from that beating he was gonna get.. dude can't fight man
@@DynastyIconThe average guy who could use their hands like you claim would still have to overcome Punk's grappling as he's a blue belt in BJJ, Punk was still able to takedown Mike Jackson who was a pro MMA fighter and trained and competed in MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing etc Punk isn't the legit toughest guy in the business but he can still beat some guy who has no training. Rodney Mack went 1-1 in MMA against nobodies yet he still would have smashed most guys in the wrestling business and the average man with ease.
Punk can’t fight. He punched the wrong fan in WWE, he got destroyed in both UFC fights, he tried to punch Omega and missed and resorted to biting. Yes he finally won a fight but it was against JackPerry who has the body of a 16 year old boy. Punk needs to get out of wrestling it’s toxic for him and makes him believe he’s a legit fighter which he isn’t
Can you imagine if Jack Perry was in a WWE locker room in the early 2000’s and said this to someone like Hardcore Holly, Bradshaw, Steve Blackman, Billy Gunn? He would’ve had the living shit kicked out of him.
Tony genuinely has no idea how to manage these guys. It’s so disrespectful on their biggest show that Jack Perry did that. Vince would have sent him back to the indies
I liked it. More heat for them to do business with. Phil has no issue bringing heat but he can't take it. If he was smart, he would have turned this into a work instead of becoming a little bitch.
im masturbating already! my boys been silent and professional about it. the tell all will be a pipebomb that has been lit by someone else... we are all just waiting for it to pop.
Punk is a cry baby. No one likes him. Two humiliated losses in actual fighting. He should've been banned by the wrestling community. Why does he matter. Seriously.
Amazing how a large number of the anti-Punk crowd turns a blind eye to the EVP's blatant unprofessionalism and Tony's unwillingness to fix that problem.
Perhaps because Punk earns the treatment he gets? Dude can't get along with ANYONE, it's not because he's such a 'tough guy free spirit', it happens too often for that. It's because Punk is a toxic asshole wherever he goes.
@Jeff-qd3jyI’m convinced the fanboys think it’s cool when wrestlers beat themselves half to death like mox thinks it’s badass to bleed every match they think it makes the product more real and that doing these dangerous ridiculous spots make the wrestlers seem hard 😂
It takes balls to go to a workplace where everyone is out there to get you.. Hurt you.. Deface you.. Insult you and ruin your reputation..He should get away from this.. Shame on aew.
I think he is doing the right thing so far. It's his real life redemption story. When it's all said and done people will look back at his stint in AEW and realize he had the moral high ground. He's exposing this new Kliq as it should be, because they are ruining AEW. Bret Hart made the mistake of leaving WWE and the Kliq had its way with Vince for a bunch of years. Punk is staying and he is the voice of the voiceless. Because there's a lot of young talent in AEW who aren't part of that new Kliq and he is their flag bearer. He's the only one with the status and financial security to face them directly.
He's not because he is 98% sure he can kick the shit out of half if not all the locker room and that's cm punk, imagine someone like Lesnar in that Locke room 😮😂😂
Cornette was right all along. You are seeing cosplayer kids who grew up doing moves in their backyard taking advantage of a coked out billionaire with no balls. They can do what they want and play pretend. And a guy like Punk, who is old school, comes in and ruins that for them. They hate him because of that. And Punk, much like Cornette cannot understand what the hell is going on and what he is seeing. It's a total setup job on Punk all these altercations. These guys want him OUT.
Lol. "If you run into an asshole in the morning you met an asshole. If you run into assholes all day, you're the asshole." Punk is the constant. He's telling you who he is, over and over. Why won't you listen?
I don't understand why people are paying to see anything out of AEW anymore. Here's a rule of thumb: If your talent are a bunch of noodle-armed, limp-dick cosplayers that even I could beat up in under 10 seconds, than I ain't giving them any money nor time.
Corny is right more often than not because he's seen this shit over and over again. Wrestling ain't carny any more but that doesn't stop people in the business from pulling carny bullshit.
The "kids" sold 11,000 tickets to All In independently. And Punks didn't sell 81,000 tickets by himself or else he would have done it already. Sounds like Punk is cosplaying as a UFC street fighter. In what other job can you put your hands on people and run to the internet to play the victim. He's over 40, time to grow up.
A friend of mine who traveled to the UK for the show actually met Punk on that subway and sent me a pic of them together hours before the show and was telling me how he and another friend of his gave him directions to the hotel (they were staying in the same one as him) so the travel part is most definitely true. Anyway, it's one thing to take disciplinary action against Punk & Perry but suspending him from All Out in Chicago is definitely a bad look. I haven't seen a company in this much of a mess since WCW in 2000.
Brian Last nailed it: an entire generation has grown up in a world where bowing up could be done safely on a computer or phone screen. They’re shocked over and over by Punk because they don’t even think of yap-running as a risky thing. With the softness of the current crowd, they really think they’re back in school where they’re protected by the rules, as long as all they do is talk.
I legitimately feel bad for CM Punk. His comeback should’ve been legendary. It started that way but the backstage whisper campaign and on-air comments derailed it. I don’t blame Punk for standing up for himself.
cause the lolipop gang & friends are jealous of punk, their playtime was over when he showed up now everyone has a problem with him cause they feel threatened & dont want to take advice cause it was their playground first
@@custardgannet4836 Nope. Hangnail started everything. Went into business for himself on live tv. Just like Jack Perry did now. So, let me ask, Did you become this stupid when you started smoking all the weed or were you already Born Deficient?
@@oceanshrugs9235 Not in his home town. He’s not as hot shit as people think he is, let alone as hot shit as HE thinks he is; but he’s a god to Chicago fans.
Not having Punk in Chicago this weekend will backfire on AEW tremendously. If you have to reprimand him, have Punk put someone over at All Out then suspend him for however long it needs to be. But not having Punk there at all this entire week will kill the Chicago market for them.
From what I have heard, when the Bucks and their friends populated the local California indies, specifically PWG, the wrestlers who weren’t in the circle of friends walked on eggshells because if they stood up for themselves they risked not being booked for a time or even blackballed from PWG. You had to play their game and suck up to them if you weren’t friends or not work. Such a horrible environment that they obviously brought to AEW. However, when you get guys who have worked for Vince and refuse to play games, that’s when problems occur. See: Punk since his arrival. I’m sure Danielson (who is on the same level stardom as Punk) is probably not a fan of the pettiness going on, but he’s the nicest dude in the biz and will just go along to get along.
We been saying this for years, funniest thing was the same bucks fans are the ones that tried sh*tting on Triple H because he had some stroke backstage as a wrestler and yet the bucks are doing it ten times over and not actually drawing any money. They create a toxic childish environment, especially considering they're both Christian and been with one woman their entire lives😂
@@TrueTrueTrainlet's not forget that John Mulaney was considered a wholesome family man at one time...bucks have become a pair of coke heads with too much money. Its quite clear what is going on if you read between the lines, the sort of behaviour is textbook.
I always thought there’s something incredibly creepy and unsavoury about these “Elite”. I was totally unsurprised to find out at least one of them is a paedophile, and if he hadn’t have been busted, he’d definitely be on the AEW gravy train being paid a fortune pretending to be a wrestler. Birds of a feather, flock together.
Danielson doesn't bother them because he has no desire to take over the world title scene or main event, while Punk has been told and promised that he would be THE guy with certain amount of pull I'm sure. Punk therefore is a threat to the way they want to do things.
There’s clearly an anti-punk agenda within the company at this point from both the wrestlers and the management. Punk would be better off walking away and getting himself a sweet part time gig with Stanford.
That's another thing I don't understand why he's still there especially if hes reported to be really miserable there. I don't buy it for one second personally that his travel issues wasn't done on purpose. Clearly he's not welcome and im pretty sure it's been shown multiple times that's the case and it don't help when you have a boss, who does nothing but pretty much encourages it. He's just doing it to himself at this point for sticking around and putting up with it
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand there it is. No matter what, wherever Punk goes, it always boils down to "There's an anti Punk agenda." This dude, and his fans are CONVINCED that its him agaisnt the world all the time

Instead, he pulls a fucking Punk, bitches and goes on social media over it
Have you seen some of the comments online about him? He has criticism to come his way that's for sure, but to some he's a sheer hate figure. Very strange.
Whats really infatuating is just how every time there's even a slight altercation involving Punk where he could be portrayed in a negative light, every Wannabe Meltzer mark channel or '''wrestling news'' outlet blows it up to portray him as the problem. Then something like this happens and the only guys like Brian and Jim are bringing it to light. Or what happened at All In where its just rumors- and still somehow Punk is the one to blame. The only thing that reeks more about AEW than Moxley butchering himself or poorly written comedy goofball skits are the Elite marks who call themselves fans.
The stupidest thing, why do people keep provoking and/or starting fights with Punk? He wasn't a great UFC fighter, but training to be able to compete in the UFC makes him way tougher and able to kick most people in the wrestling business' ass. Maybe the Bucks thought they had the numbers back when they did it last year, but why the hell would Jack Perry think he could do anything one on one with punk and ask him "you wanna do something about it?
Here's the mind blowing part: This happened in Gorilla position THE CENTRAL LOCATION WHERE TONY KHAN IS AND LIKELY WITNESSED THE ENTIRE INCIDIENT 🤯 Any other promoter would've seen a fuming Punk a mile away drop his headset rush to Punk tell him "Nope. Punk is the voice of the voiceless. Always standing up for the business. He's the last of a dying breed. A wrestler in an era of indy spot monkeys. The reason why Punk gets in these fights is because he's an old school no nonsense guy in an era of indy primadonnas. He didn't have issues with ANYONE in WWE until the early 2010s when management started fucking with him. CM Punk is a Hardcore Holly or Perry Saturn type guy. And people still don't seem to understand that. They know what they're getting with Punk, and then wanna turn around and act like spoiled shitheads when he calls out their favorites on their bullshit.
It's crazy to me how, when you listen to the veterans talk about their careers, about breaking into the business, how all of them discuss their admiration for the old school guys that they met when they first came into the locker rooms. How they sat with them to ask questions, to seek knowledge. To be a sponge, and to be the subjects of ass kickings if needed to earn their spot, to pay their dues. Now? You have these talentless clowns who think they're above the business who refuse to respect the people that laid the foundation for them to have a job. They think they know everything, thus refusing to take guidance and critiques. There's a reason eve guys like Barry Horowitz still retain a huge fan following and are fondly remembered, but I can guarantee you that no one will ever remember the clowns of today in 10-15 years. No one will give two shits about their careers or want to listen to their stories.
I’ve secretly been on Punk’s side from the beginning. Everyone was ripping him to shreds after that media scrum. He’s a veteran surrounded by children who have no idea how to do business and how to be professional it seems. Whether you like it or not, the AEW locker room is a toxic place to be.
Then so is TNA's so is WWE's as well becasue Punk had issues in every company...time to stop allowing Punk to play Victim when he has a track record of not being a locker room guy.

3 things that leads to “go time” for a man is, 1. Say something about his mom, 2. (Censored way) telling a man to perform an act on his kness, 3. Walking up in his face. I was raised and come from swing first and ask questions later when a man walks up on you. Punk knew the assignment
I stand by my opinion that doing All Out and All In a week apart from one another is a terrible idea. Especially asking those to pay the full PPV price for both and that your top star will turn out not to be in one of them. If they keep doing this every year, I bet it will be a disaster.

Many years from now when all the dust settles history will be kinder to CM Punk. All those hating that man will all become silent when the shoot interviews showing how that new Kliq ( Bucks, Hangman mainly but about 10 others including Jack Perry ) managed to ruin AEW's full potential start coming out.
I really like Punk but I think he just needs to have good matches, cut great promos and programs…protect his legacy and do the best job he can do in AEW. Don’t worry about the children
People hate Punk so much that they want him to lose, do everything perfect and be fired because all he does is seen in a pure subjective way. They don't know how the business is inside, and assuming Phil did something wrong, giving him a toxic environment with no rules won't help anybody either. I also think that a lot of fans are part of the problem too, especially when they expect only one side of the news (Mr. Brooks in this case) to be the only who do things the right way, but everyone else is free to act as they please.
This just makes me think of Shawn Michaels in his first singles run and how much Vince let him get away with. If Jungle Boy had done this to Shawn, Vince would’ve fired him immediately. Tony needs to realize who has talent and who draws money and go from there.
My new favorite part of this story....supposedly Punk went back to his hotel and called his wife for over 2 hours on the AEW tab rather than his cell phone. Since it's a long distance call this is a HUGE charge. It's so petty and also clever that I totally believe it.
I doubt Tony Khan cares. I doubt Tony Khan would've said 'no' if asked permission. CM Punk isn't the "bad boy" you wanna dislocate your jaw for. You've been duped. It's fine. Move on. Grow up.
And they'd get massive numbers left, right, and center, over it. The CaliBeta AEW fans would go back to barely getting over 750k, but at least they'd be "all fwendz."
Jungle Bish is someone that grew up being a rich brat boi that could say anything he wanted and Daddy's money made it okay. Doesn't work like that with grown men.
Cody Rhodes keeps proving his doubters were wrong. He built the strongest alternative to WWE since WCW and as soon as he left it turned into a clown fiesta. Meanwhile he is the biggest babyface in the business earning Brock Lesnar's respect and getting massive reactions when the All Petite Wrestling fans were saying he's just a midcarder that's gonna go back to Stardust in less than a year.
It's going to be so entertaining when we finally find out what went on between Cody and The Elite that drove him out of the company. He looks like a damned seer. He saw all this coming and jumped ship in the nick of time.
Lmao, you're forgetting that little cawdy was embarassed and jobbed outwho's only pusheed because he's related to a guy who was their top star 20 years ago.
Yeah, when Cornette talks about “Would the fans set fire to the seats” if X wrestler wasn’t on the card, we may be about to see some flaming seats in Chicago, if CM Punk is banned from the event; even if they don’t literally set fire to the seats, can you imagine the signs they’ll bring, and the chants they’ll be yelling… Let’s see them try to sweeten the audio/turn down the crowd when it’s virtually the entire building yelling; and good luck getting a camera shot not showing signs that takes the piss out of the whole thing haha.
I always knew when CM Punk came to AEW there would be a lot of conflict with the Elite and their friends given everyone in that group pretty much has a big ego and I'm loving every second of it.
The more I hear about this, the more amazing it is that somehow Vince McMahon managed to get Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels into the same ring MULTIPLE TIMES after they had a legitimate fight in 1997. Yes, we know how that eventually ended but that looks more impressive today. Dudes like Jack Perry, Hangman, and the Bucks to come from a generation where dudes don’t get punched in the face for talking crazy to people (Thanks Social Media!). And they have all - except Hangman, the one who actually started all of this - have found out the hard way.
As someone born in 1999 I loved social media growing as I entered school years, many were developing the attitude you described and it made it much better when you punch the smug smile of their face until you’re pulled off the person. Incredibly memorable moments in my life and I regret nothing because my grades where too high so the school didn’t want to get rid of me. Was a plus for the person getting punched as well since they learned a valuable lesson - in the real world you can’t say whatever you want and expect to get away with it.

What do you expect Perry thinks he's untouchable because of whom his dad was!
Congrats to *_Punk and his wife and dog Larry,_* celebrating their 10-year anniversary and renewing their vows.
If you’re a business owner and you send your #1 employee to a foreign country and don’t even have a car pick him up… you have a terrible business.
They just want a reason to let Punk go. To leave him like that in London knowing it was gonna piss him off was planned by high ranked officials. I would've most likely put my hands on Tony himself.
Tony doesn't know what day it is, so not likely to be him but you can look at the EVPs for who is to blame.

The generation being the zoomers? That's the age Jack Perry is anyway
It is a cultural thing, for sure. Nowadays people expect that they can talk shit at will but if anyone take offense to that and stands up to it, that person is the problem, not the shit talker.

I don’t even know how much of that is a generational thing or if it’s just he’s a Hollywood kid
IWC really turned on the guy who they literally cheered for a decade just because of their anti-WWE/Fed Bad principle. Now they thought they find a new toy in Elite/AEW, so Punk is old news now.
Punk is whiny and entitled
The Elite and other indie-minded wrestlers will keep provoking and pressing Punk's buttons until he quits.
Of course they will
They are jealous that punk didn't need the help of a millionaire Mark to become a star
They have no reason to stop. It's working.
They're the snotty brats hocking spitballs at the back of the kid's head, then when the kid finally turns around and tells them to fuck off, he's the one who gets detention for being disruptive.

and when he quits AEW, hes gonna be main eventing WrestleMania against Roman Reigns in the WWE and become the Champion, followed by MJF leaving AEW in 2024 so Punk can drop the belt to him at another big WWE PPV. this is what it is to be a Star. no-names cant beat you whilst youre in a small indie promotion - he can just leave for the Big Leagues if he ever wishes to and probably make even more money. Punk always Wins in the end. always comes out on top. because hes a Star that people wanna see, WWE knows that. theres a reason Vince McMahon made him champion for 434 days. people wanna say Vince didnt like him but if he didnt whats with that super long title run? The fact that he got into the octagon at his age, and had the balls to do it is to Punk's credit in my opinion. I can never understand how that is used as a stick to beat him.
This seems obvious to me, but the intention was never to fight Punk. The intention was to provoke him, which has worked every single time. Jack wasn't surprised, he got exactly what he/they wanted. They're banking on Kahn siding with his friends rather than right/wrong or business, and that's probably a safe bet.

If somebody did what Jack Perry did to Punk, to say Randy Orton they'd be told to not show up to the next taping and that they'd be wished well in their future endeavours. Jack Perry should be thanking his lucky stars he still has a job.
So let me get this straight.....
Your top superstar in CM Punk arrives in London with no one to greet him or car service to take him to his hotel and the number that he was given to make contact for information turns out to be an invalid number.
If it wasn't for the fans who recognized CM Punk and helped him out he probably would have never gotten where he needed to be.
Then you have to turn around and deal with this type of childish antics from skinny little punk in Jack Perry?!?!?!
And on top of that he might be suspended and not be able to show up for All Out in Chicago....
I don't know how anybody cannot see how CM Punk can be extremely upset dealing with this entire situation not just with Jack Perry but with AEW as a company, staff wrestling label in the whole MF'n crew.
Imagine if Harley Race was in the AEW locker room
Or Haku.
Half that locker room would have ended up in the hospital.
Harley would probably checked punk if we are being honest. Especially since he ran a territory himself and I’m assuming would not tolerate foolishness from talent at a show.

Don’t worry about the children
but what could he do when the children keep provoking him and try to put him down?
People hate Punk so much that they want him to lose, do everything perfect and be fired because all he does is seen in a pure subjective way.
They don't know how the business is inside, and assuming Phil did something wrong, giving him a toxic environment with no rules won't help anybody either.
I also think that a lot of fans are part of the problem too, especially when they expect only one side of the news (Mr. Brooks in this case) to be the only who do things the right way, but everyone else is free to act as they please.
If punk is not at all out the fans might actually set the seats on fire
This just makes me think of Shawn Michaels in his first singles run and how much Vince let him get away with. If Jungle Boy had done this to Shawn, Vince would’ve fired him immediately. Tony needs to realize who has talent and who draws money and go from there.

Yeah, when Cornette talks about “Would the fans set fire to the seats” if X wrestler wasn’t on the card, we may be about to see some flaming seats in Chicago, if CM Punk is banned from the event; even if they don’t literally set fire to the seats, can you imagine the signs they’ll bring, and the chants they’ll be yelling…
Let’s see them try to sweeten the audio/turn down the crowd when it’s virtually the entire building yelling; and good luck getting a camera shot not showing signs that takes the piss out of the whole thing haha.
Disagree Corny, not inappropriate. Tony needs to be the adult in the room and put his foot down with everyone, including Punk.
I always knew when CM Punk came to AEW there would be a lot of conflict with the Elite and their friends given everyone in that group pretty much has a big ego and I'm loving every second of it.
He’s out a job now, guess he doesn’t have to worry about no one picking him up from the airport anymore
Luckily, the rest of the locker room stayed out of it back in the day. With AEW, it seems like there can't be any middle ground, you have to choose a side.
I don’t agree with Jim Cornette on everything. But I 100% agree with him on everything he says about Cm Punk
