The goal of her talk, “Selecting a Good Mentor and Lab for an Academic Postdoc,” is to discuss important considerations when searching for academic postdoctoral positions. You will learn several questions you should ask yourself, your prospective mentor and lab mates when searching and interviewing for postdoctoral positions in academia.
