If I’m correct she’s also done openings for SAO (Sword Art Online) she really has incredible vocals. No one does is like LiSA

I actually prefer this version over the original, I just adore the simplicity and focus on her vocals
Honestly yeah. I guess she had to compensate for the lack of instruments and so made her voice more dynamic. And my goodness that voice is GORGEOUS
I totally respect this opinion. If you're a huge fan of simplicity in music this is definitely it.
Personally I prefer the whole ensemble (guitar/vocals/drum/bass/etc) creating a fuller piece, but this definitely shows off how absolutely talented LiSA is.
Edit: Thinking about it more I think it's the lack of Guitar that really hurts this version for me as a straight listening piece. Maybe an Acoustic Guitar would help it a lot. The Piano just has a bit too much reverb for me.
@@Max465 that’s a fair point. There are a lot of songs who have all of that going on and I can hella jam to it but sometimes simplicity is breathtaking on it’s own.
I used to be in choir and stuff so I’ve grown to like the simplicity of a piano and vocals. Different vibe, sure, but still beautiful

There's only a couple of singers/artists that draw emotion out of me. LiSA is definitely one of them. Morisette Amon is another one that just makes it look so easy... Definitely should look into some of her videos if you want an insane singer to react to.

Everyone preaches over her Homura performance in The First Take, which is fantastic, dont get me wrong. BUT! I have always preferred Gurenge. It showcases her range, dynamicism, flexibility, and control so much more. Homura, on the other hand, stands out because of the raw emotion when she sings it.
Only seeing this video rn, but the thing is, if you were impressed by this one you should react to her video with 1st take - unlasting, that is for sure her best job, not gonna regret
