She reads off her question from memory and then stands still no movement or expression at all while he answers and then on to the next question from memory no matter what he said. Also there are very basic rules of interview that esports personalities just don't know such as like if you're interviewing someone and they're answering you, you don't stare at the camera with them and make faces lol.
