We appreciate especially the description of the alloy used to make the blades. Money well spent in my humble opinion, and I am not a wealthy man financially. I do often live by the motto, however, "Buy once, cry once." Cheers!
Thanks for your positive feedback.😊 Initially, I was taken back by the cost but soon put that to the side. I was tossing up whether to buy the 3 knife set instead but realised I wouldn't really use the third knife, and it doesn't come with chopping boards.
