I never recieved the procedural fairness letter on my visit visa application rather they just refused without even giving me a fair chance. Months before, I had applied for withdrawl application as well. It was also not entertained.
Hi, when I was applying for a Canadian visitor visa . I realized that I made a mistake by clicking "NO" and that I have never travelled outside my country. Yet in the passport it clearly shows that I have travelled outside my country because it shows that I got my passport from outside my country. Greetings, I've recently applied for study permit. I've shown two income sources with necessary documents but at CA report, name of both sources are accidently written same. The annual income figures and balance are correct as per the audit report, only the name is mistaken. Is there any way I can still get approved for study permit?

Sir, in my study permit application I did not declare my Mom because I have not seen her since my childhood. Instead, I declared my father and her wife who adopted me. Is that considered misrepresentation? If I declare it with divorce letter of my father with my biological mother and marriage certificate of my father and my current Mom before fact of misrepresentation and receiving procedural fairness letter, would it be somehow benefical for my situation?

I've made a mistake in my resume which I've attached with my file for student visa permit in my resume I've mentioned my organisation name as suppose ABC but it's actual name is XYZ and in imm form also I've mentioned XYZ only also with experience letter of XYZ. Sir, first time I applied for Canada by demonstrating my preparation for jee exam during the time period of june 2018 to march2019 in India but I got refusal in the month of December 2019 after that I applied in another college with another course and representing my advance diploma in computer programming and development from july 2018to july 2019 and I applied in embassy in 2020feb again I got refusal,
Then I go with caips notes but there officer said student not fulfill the sds category as I have 5.5 in one module and he said applicant was changed his college and course without explanation I'm not satisfied application refused. There is no another objection
My question is if I applied after 2-3years then there is any chance of misrepresentation as I applied both gap year justification certificates.

I got my rejection letter for Temporary resident visa due mispresentation back in June 2014, as the agent filled all fake documents. is it possible i can apply for PR now without any issue.

@@navdeepdeol1605 i found that agent used IMM 5707 form for family information which had thankfully no place to enter siblng details unlike the IMM 5645 .So I am saved.

Hi sir , on 12 aug I applied for study visa permit for canada and i made a mistake on form IMM 1294 ..there was a question that “ Have you previously applied to enter and remain in canada ?” And i selected No ..but in 2020 there was program IEP ( international experience program) which is held by my university and i applied for that and that time i and other many students applied for visitor visa with help of agency but due to covid - 19 the program was cancelled and all the applicant's visa application were withdraw .. I was done with biometrics as well as got UCI number that time .... but honestly i forgot to mention this thing in that form and now i realise that it is essential to mention that information

I raised a Web form and explain that it was a mistake. Then u uploaded a corrected form. I spoke with am immigration lawyer who advised I do so.

Hi, I submitted my Co-op work permit application one and half month ago. I reaized that I made a few mistakes, one of which was. Was I ever refused for a visa or permit? In which i answered ‘no’ but I was supposed to answer ‘yes’. However , I still haven’t got any answer from IRCC so i raised a web form and admitted my mistakes and corrected it. I still havent got answer from IRCC. Will i still get procedural fairness letter or is there a chance that they will deport me?

Hey, did they end up replying to the web form? I think it should be okay because web forms are logged by date, and they should be able to see that you tried to correct before any harm was done.

I got misrepresentated in 2019oct, i didn't even know because of the stupid agent in charge of the application was unprofessional. i still went ahead and proceed with obtaining another visitors visa and sponsor visa. The sponor visa was approved but the visitor visa wasn't approved, it says I'm inadmissible to Canada. That made the ircc close my permanent resident application till 2024. Me and my wife are really going through hard times. As you said in your video that if you are misrepresentation you can still get TRP. Can we try this with your company and am I gonna be approved because we wasted lots of money and time.

Now allow me to ask something regarding with my situation I'm now a Canadian Citizen it was granted last year, my marital status was separated but not legally coz I didn't go through divorce processing. Now My question is I have a Child who's 7 years old now and I wanted him and his mother to be with me here in canada, planning to do family class sponsorship, I did not declare my son on my paper's because of some reason.

Hello Sir im glad that i found your video.. Sir i have a question i helped a friend from Saudi Arabia to apply here in Canada. She became my girl friend i qm aware that she used to be in a relationship with somebody else in the philippines but later on i found out that she is still in relationship with this man and she did not told me about it. They are apparently married. She applied here in Canada and on her application she states on her marital status that she was "SINGLE" and she did it on purpose. I am planning to report to immigration for providing false information in her application. What are the chances of her being inadmissable to Canada? I created my express entry profile as married in August this year and then I had only done my customary marriage and in customary marriage, there is usually no certificate issued. However, I'm about to go and register my marriage under the federal government marriage act and I will be issued a federal government certificate.
My question is, the date of the certificate will reflect that I had the certificate after creating my profile and I stated in my profile that I'm married as of the time I created the profile. Will that be an issue? Are they going to deem it as misrepresentation???

Mam, i was having backlogs in btech and cleared it through credit transfer mode. It is a legal procedure in india. But received ban from canada mentioning misrepresentation for 5 years. So can i apply to canada or any other country after the ban is over. Whether the immigration officers reject my application due to previous ban. No one is giving proper help. I am feared because of my future.
