    Two things that I know that is working for 'bio hack' are altitude training and ice bath but not as extreme as wim hof tho. And yes for someone who almost died from overtraining I can recommend HIIT and ashwaganda tho later I found out melatonin works better when you already destroy your cns aka adrenal fatigue tho I prefer call it pineal malfunction due to overwork.
    And nothing more supreme hack than blood dope since it's work especially for Lance Armstrong.
