There is a lot of cultural pressure today to conform to the latest majority opinion. Groupthink can be intimidating, and the “majority consensus” often causes people to either go silent in order to avoid ridicule, or to conform in order to fit in. But Paul said in Galatians 1:10, “If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.” In other words, we can’t be a God-pleaser and a man-pleaser at the same time. Godly men and women in the Bible have always been willing to stand alone when necessary. Tuning in from England. We are in a very dark time here - i didn't think i'd witness the fall of the UK in my life time. Thank God for preachers like Pastor Gary, his teaching is outstanding.
Youre right, the world has gone its own way and they revel in the insanity.
2Tim.3&4 - ‘itching ears’ seems so relevant for England / UK at the moment, but … challenge creates opportunity so we’ve just got to keep sowing God’s word in season and out of season because one day, someone will thank us for having done so 😊

@@someguy9519 In 2005, a Harvard doctor (Dr Christian Smith), who now teaches at Notre Dame coined the term " Moralistic therapeutic deism" to describe the young adult generation that is making a God out of humanitarian causes. "I want to do good(moral). It makes me feel good (therapeutic). They jump on the bandwagon of the latest cause, the latest humanitarian thing (make a God out of it) without doing their homework. They don't know their facts, can't defend it and come off looking like a fool.

Thank you for encouraging us to get over being disliked. This is essential to being an authentic Christian. The word tells us that those who want to live a godly life WILL be persecuted. Lord, help us to stand completely alone if need be. Holy Spirit, fill us with boldness and courage for the sake of Christ. God bless Gary Hamrick for speaking truth unashamedly and unapologetically.

Thank You Lord for revealing those who dislike the Christian message as they obvi need prayer for their souls, and praying for those who dislike us is very Godly, following Jesus’s Command to pray for our enemies and for those who spitefully use us, gaining spiritual treasure. As He said, even the Heathen do good to those who do good to them, but we are to do good to our enemies ( with God’s help).
Amen. Very simple and to the point. Sadly many churches won’t preach this simple truth.

Thank you. I have been condemned and alone since I worked for those now, causing all the trouble. I could not go along. For questioning, I was threatened I would never have anything again. My character was questioned, my car was vandalized and 8 year later, I am still alone. I help every one God puts before me. I am tired now. I hope I have a home soon. In Jesus name. Amen

In GB the majority have not lost their moral compass,but are overwhelmed by the woke evil minority and are scared to speak up because it will cost everything!! But as individuals believers in Yeshua we have to make a choice, Yeshua or the world, its that simple. LORD please give us the courage to trust You more than we fear the majority!!! Amen.

Thankyou Lord for annointing Gary Hamrich and inspired him to present this message of standing alone from the crowd or majority backing up with expository Bibilical individual experiences. He truly confirms my personal experiences growing up in faith is to hear God through His Word encouraged by the Holy Spirit who dwelled in me and totally agree and validate his teachings. Lord continue to annoint him with appropriate messages in these troublesome times we are in. No wonder your parable of the Seed Sower in Luke 8 resulting in 100, 60 and 30 folds is verified here in Gary's Teachings. Bless him indeed. Amen.
Pastor Gary, My pastor is reluctant to take a public position on the Israel/ Gaza war. We have Arab Christians, Arab MBB ( Muslim background believers and Messianic Jews, from USA and from Israel.
He admittedly is afraid of inviting the wrath of the liberal left who will ridicule us. RI is technically a mission field with fewer than 4% evangelicals.
I contacted him with a request to gather churches in our community for prayer for the Lord to turn hearts toward HIM (Prince of Peace). Our community has a high enough concentration of Jews that the schools are closed for the Jewish holidays. I knew that many of them are afraid and are removing mezuzah.

its so difficult to compare our individual walk of life vs what the majority, when looking at the democracy of our country. Especially after these past 5 years between MAGA Trump stuff vs Biden stuff, i have seen families divide and refuse talking to each other and/or not respect either's opinion or positions. I see clarity in both parties in parties in things they each bring to the table that each other sees as cons, but when you talk supporters of Trump or Biden, the view points are so extreme and they tear down either leader of our country. I am constantly praying for clarity and I agree with Gary in that we need to pray to God in finding that clarity.

What I am trying to find is a Scripture which says something along the lines of _"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt go to heaven."_ Unfortunately, none of the citations (as far as I could tell) say that I, a Christian, will go to heaven (explanations, below).
*Genesis 1: 1* -- no mention of heaven.
*John 14: 2* -- does not say if I will go to my "mansion" or if it will come to me here on Earth.
*2 Corinthians 5: 8* -- no mention of my going to heaven; the entire passage (vs. 1-8), as far as I can tell, is talking about the body I will get when I am resurrected here on Earth (especially vs. 2 & 4).
*Luke 23: 39* -- I suspect you meant to refer me to vs. 43; it talks about what will happen to the thief but I could find no mention of what will happen to me.
*Philippians 3: 20-21* -- says that we are looking for a Savior "from" heaven; no mention, as far as I can tell, of my going to heaven.
*John 3: 15* -- mentions eternal life but did not see any mention of my going to heaven.
*1 Peter 1: 3-5* -- does not tell me if I will go to my "inheritance" or if it will come to me here on Earth.
*2 Peter 3: 13* -- mentions the new heaven but, once again, I did not see any promise that I would go there
