How was this Softgloss XS2 car wash system managed to be installed at this BP Laverton petrol station car wash in around 2010 although it’s successor the Softgloss Maxx was launched in the USA on 2010?

Thats either a Premier Plus with the pictograms and tall front arms, or a SoftGloss XS 2 with pictograms. If it is an XS 2, i have no idea how they got it here.
