Wow analog meter! Good video. And dry solder problem.
Dear sir, congratulations on the video. I have LGT8258B Preheating start electronic ballast. So far it has worked with 2 T8 2x58W neon tubes - without starter. Suddenly he started flashing and after 5/10 seconds he was dead. I bought 2 V-TAC LED tubes mod. VT-1577.T8.G13.20W I cut off the power supply on the requested side, after installing nothing to do they don't work. To see if the ballast is working, what voltage or current should I find in the output terminal block that powers the tubes? Thank you, thank you very much. Can you help me, thanks.
What were you testing with the meter? On which scale? Which component? A loose solder joint... what if mine is a different problem?
Very gòod sir from Punjab
Servicing or jocking?
Thanks. (Almost time to invest in a tripod or camera stand.)
