I relate to this vid so hard bc my parents don’t want me to get my permit and license too early and I was literally just complaining yesterday about how I never hang out w friends :/ bc of all of my priorities

OK BUT SAME! im a senior as well, got my license over the summer. im like the oldest outta most of my friends and everyone has a car but i was in no rush to drive, always got scared on the road, and had had my permit FOREVER. but my mom lets me drive back home when she picks me up from school everyday since i only have 3 classes instead of 4. and last weekend she let me take her car to drive to school alone for a school activity but my dad followed behind me to make sure all was well BUT it was still fun and pretty nerve wracking but felt cool . my dad is saying i’ll most likely get a Mini Cooper in February 😩but JUST SUBBED LUV💗
Lucky you. My parents limited me to only Japanese cars. 🙄 Not interested are any of themmm. Btw I hope I can convince them by the end of the year coz you know. Car sales are massive around that time

@@dolly5461 This is why I love youtube. It’s like a second family😭. So I ended up not getting a Mini Cooper. I think I test drove it and loved it, but couldn’t find that exact older style model that I test drove. I ended up getting a Chevy Sonic earlier in November of 2019 and omg. It’s so petite and amazing. A great first car! If you have any questions let me know!💕

@@dolly5461 I originally wanted something White or bright. However, white gets dirty very fast and depending how big your city/town is, people may be like “Oh hey! I just saw _____ with that bright pink car!” I decided to go with black because I’ve only had to get it washed a few times 💕
After I got my license the first time I drove by myself I just drove around my block to get used to it and eventually it felt comfortable

When I drove for the very first time by myself I actually drove to the cinema and when I got out it was dark and it was also rainy a little bit but thank god I made it back home in one piece.

im like a year late but girl how didn’t they let you drive as a senior 😭
today was my first time driving on roads that had lights and were busy and stuff, so my grandma drove to a neighborhood kinda far from where i live, and keep in mind neither of us knew where we were, and she let me drive around a bit, and i jokingly said “i’ll drive us home” but i forgot my grandma doesn’t know sarcasm lol, so she said “yah u can” so i was like “NO i’m kidding” and she said “nope ur driving home” so i kept being like “i’m not driving home i promise i’ll kill us, i was completely joking” so she just started telling me where i could turn to keep driving, and eventually i was basically home and i was like “u tricked me into driving home!” and she was like “yup😁😂” so basically i drove for like an hour today on pretty busy roads and it was a bit scary but i got us home safely😂😁

Hamza Salih yeah permit test is written you have to get at-least a 70 to pass, and license test is a 10-20 minute driving test

People in my city drive crazy too but you gotta stay focused, check all your mirrors and always pay attention to the other cars indicator lights. I did a video on what happened when I first drove alone. Honestly my stomach was in my toes. You can’t get over your fear unless you face it. 🤗
