This race was stacked with the fastest runners in the country. I was able to race in the biggest invitational in the NCAA cross-country competition. The teams that participated included Oklahoma State University and the 2023 NCAA CHAMPIONS. Also, Brian Musau set the new course record during this race with a time of 22:55. Other teams include New Mexico, Oregon, Texas Longhorns, Incarnate Word, Oral Roberts University, St- Mary (Kansas), Lamar University, UT-Arlington, Little Rock, Odessa University, Missouri St-Louis, UT-Tyler, Newman, Oklahoma Christian, and East Texas Baptist.

Why did Guadia (10th) and Price (12th) from OK St. run unattached?

I’m not sure. I know Price was a senior last year for cross country during the BIG 12 Championships. He might be a junior this year for track due to injuries during his track season. That’s just my hypothesis
