The first ones that were sold on this side of the pond apparently had a few quality issues, small niggles that dealers put right. For me I think they are the best looking retro bikes, they've captured the essence of BSAs.
I used to go to Mid-Ohio for Super Bike weekend and then the following weekend was the Vintage Weekend. Wish I would have been there this year. I might have met you. Wahoo.!! Plan to be in Iowa in September. Hope I don't get lost in the metro area of Marne. The Wahoo Burger at the downtown Derailed Grill sounds super. Working in a couple of BMW rallies along the way., Wahoo.!!
They're water cooled Fuzzy. Supposed to be coming here to the States soon. Every thing I've seen so far has been good. They are built by Mahindra in India, and they make a pretty good tractor. 👍
Use the reliable 650 Rotax engine that BMW used a older variant in their 650ADV Funduro for 20yrs. So motor will be reliable. They arrived in NZ 🇳🇿 about 6 -7weeks ago.
Very interesting bike. The BSA folks at the meet told us that the EPA was the holdup. If true, who really knows when this bike will be released. I did like it. Wahoo!
I didn't get to ride it...very far. So, can't really speak to much. The bike did look good and seemed smaller than I thought it looked in pictures. Over all quality seemed good but there was a lot that could have been better. Who would buy this bike? I think someone that really wanted the look and nostalgia of a BSA. Otherwise there would be better options (RE). Wahoo!

It was an amazing motorcycle. Would loved to have taken it for a long ride. Wahoo!

@forgottenmotorcycles We only just got it been out in UK for about 18-20months.The new black model looks good.
Gotta love a big single. thump thump thump.
Fun!
I wonder what issues have popped up since the bike was released last year? How is the actual quality of materials and machining??

@@forgottenmotorcycles I love big singles. Rode AJS and still have my BSA Victor.
I got to check out this show next year. I live in Texas but I have family and friends not to far from this location.
Loads of fun. Wahoo!
Will Baxter Cycles be carrying these soon?
We don't really know until the bikes have pass the EPA or whatever it is testing for the USA. Once that happens I would look for them at Baxter Cycle.
Is BSA officially stateside now?!?!
This group is trying to get the bike legal in the USA. Has not happened yet.
Double Wahoo.
Life is good!
To bad it has a John Deere radiator slapped on it.
Right...
