Thats why i love my Yamaha's. They can take abuse and sometimes break, but they always come back to life. Great video! Glad your all safe from the storm.
For sure! He came and picked it up right away and had a new YZ450 in the bed of his truck. He was thinking this one was toast lol. I was like nope, just ride it easy on the first moto and let it prove itself. It should be good!
Yes sir. Problem is it kinda becomes a addiction lol. Even on my days off I feel I need to improving something or bringing something back to life or fixing something lol.
Another great video!!! I use the Alexa Pure water filter to get rid of all the bad things in tap water. Really clean water tastes so good compared to regular tap water. Thanks for pointing out all the bad things in tap water.
Thanks Joel! I can surely use a water filter or something here. I currently only drink bottled spring water but I do shower in tap water and that cant be the healthiest thing for me. Its crazy when I was a kid I would drink tap water by the gallons lol
Thanks man! Yeah we came out ok. Ran on a generator for a day but thats not a big deal. I kinda have fun with that lol. Feel bad for the guys it directly hit though, that thing was NASTY!
My Buddy bought a Hinson cluth cover and now when he pull in the cluth you can hear it hitting the cover slightly spinning on the cover what can we do to fix it?
@@UpAllNight91 so what we did was changing the cluth plates (OEM) and only the Hinson cover. At the description they say that the Hinson cover is holding just slightly little bit more oil but I did compere it with the OEM one measured it both and the OEM one is deeper then the Hinson so I was like wtf😭 is such a good looking cover but very disappointed.
What code did this 450 have? Any chance you know what code 30 could be related to? Brand new bike only 39minutes dealer won’t warranty it and Yamaha denied the warranty claim. Says a lot about big companies these days…
Hello. This bike in the video had a code 12, Your code 30 is a "The vehicle has overturned" code. To fix this code you first make sure the bikes CDI or ECU is mounted correct in its mount (The tip over sensor is built into the CDI ECU. After checking the mounting then use your phone and the Yamaha app, clear the codes. If the code comes back, is unable to be deleted, or is still a issue in any ways then lastly you are to replace the CDI ECU (PCM or whatever its commonly called).

I'm not the best at tire changing. But I do plan to make one soon
Okay buddy
@@michaelgarland579 I should have done this a few days ago when I did a set of tires. Oh well next set I guess.

Oh man, I would remove the cover and see what all its hitting. Did he change anything else out or touch the clutch any? Or was it just a cover swap?

@@bobileksen3496 Eww bummer. Hmm. I think I would contact Hinson. They might owe you a refund lol. I would put the OEM cover back on for now though,
Can you tell me what those small boot grabber pieces on the corner of his plastics are called?
Hello. Do you mean them little carbon fiber things on the front bottom corners of his side number plates?
@@UpAllNight91 Yeah I'm thinking an extra friction point like that would help me stay on the bike better.😃
@@explorin7493 Right. I dont know what they are called or where he bought them. I will ask Jack next time I see him.
