My parents came from very modest backgrounds, especially my mother. My mother put my Dad through college and it was a struggle. They raised 6 children and were committed to giving us the experiences that they never had. My mother used to say that your children will remember the places that you took them and the time that you spent with them! That is exactly what you are doing with your children!! So wonderful that your children can experience their Kenyan culture and lovely family!!

Tell someone to help you look for a good travel agency and you won’t miss out on an activity to do. safari, nature, ocean, food, the people,archeology. Kenya is beautiful. And meeting all or most of the family was awesome. I love the way the whole family came together and the way you all flow and help one another. SO GLAD to see you covering up in the sun, Sarah!! I have skin like yours and burns over the years lead to skin cancer. Surgery for skin cancer is no joke in your 50s, 60s and beyond, especially on your face. Be safe and enjoy the outdoors ❤
Sunscreen is your friend, along with rash guard protective shirts. It’s really unhealthy to let your skin burn.
wide brimmed hat is a must especially near the water where the suns rays can be stronger.

I don't have words for how heartwarming this is and how such memories and times together feed families for a lifetime even though I also know it has to take a lot of work and I'll bet those kids sleep hard and well with all the fresh air. You try to pack a lot into a little time (I know you have a long time as vacations go but when you don't get to do it regularly you pack a lot into a short time). It's too bad what distance $$ and lack of time can do in life but it is clear you are making it well worthwhile. For all the internet and advances have their good and their bad at least people can stay so connected these days with things like facetime and the like, no one had that not so many years ago.
I love seeing these travels as I will never get to any of these places and many Americans have no clue as to the rest of the world. Or not enough of one, that's for sure.
I don't know if Peace will remember at her age but I suspect Seth will retain a few memories or glimpses back over his lifetime. I have some from his age and one or two maybe from Peace's age and that's it.

Yes I can't believe Sarah doesn't wear sunscreen in Kenya- the UV exposure must be off the charts. Not good for your skin or future health.

What an amazing vacation! One of my favorite parts of your past videos is when you were on vacation over there (I think..lol) and you said "we've lost hope". Lol I still get a laugh out of it.
Don’t get so burned Sarah I went to dermatologist and had a squamous cell cancer removed from my leg and the wanted to do full body examination and found a mole that came back from biopsy as melanoma.. I have a lot of sun damage from all my younger years in the sun , fortunately the melanoma is very small snd in early stage … be careful it shows up many years later
