    Good review. I’ve had it for a month or so now and use them purely for road tempo days. The foam is just too rigid to be a true all-around shoe like the Endorphin Speeds and they feel noticeably firm (compared to Endorphin Speed 2/3) on sessions longer than about 10K. Plus the minimalism of the upper makes it a bit unstable on corners for me, with a normal width foot. But it’s great for a quick shoe on shorter sessions. And it looks good.

    Thanks for a great review! I'm currently using a pair of Novablast 3, for everything. I'm now looking for a shoe to my first half mara race, as well as a shoe for tempo days. Do you think this should will do? Or is this shoe too firm for those distances?
    The other shoe i've been looking on is the adios pro 3, but it's about €70 more expensive.

    Love using my magic speeds for interval/track sessions. Definitely wouldn’t consider it an all rounder, but more of an uptempo/budget racer. Would you recommend going for Magic Speed 2 on sale vs. MS3 at full price?

      Only one run in to testing MS3 but would go for MS2 at a big saving for training, still a great shoe. If it was your main racer I might be tempted by MS3 for the slight upgrade in speed

    How would these stack up against the Mach x and the Boston 12?

    • @Carlosediaz543

      Way less cushioned then both of those. But lighter and a bit more responsive. If ur looking for a daily trainer and a marathon paced or half marathon paced interval the Mach X would be great. The Boston 12 is probably the most cushioned and is more versatile among the 3. The magic speed 3 is probably the fastest feeling on paper and geared more towards track intervals, uptempo long runs and 10k/5k race and maybe a 1/2 for some people based on preference.

    From pictures, I get the impression rhat the Magic speed 3 is a narrower than both the Magic speed 2 and Meraspeed Sky+. Is that right, or just an illusion?

    Could you include the Nike Streakfly in the upcoming comparison.

    A rival to Saucony’s speed 3?

    • @benine9
      @benine9 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is what I had hoped for as I think Saucony messed up the Speed with the 3 (too wide and not as poppy compared to the ES2), but no. Just not comfortable enough to “do it all” like the ES3. But a good quick-day shoe.

    Nick, you held up the wrong shoe in the intro😜

    Hey how does it compare to endorphin pro 2? Since it’s more rigid than speed 2 and 3 it seems like it’s more interesting to compare it to the old Pro 2.

    I have GT-2000s for my daily trainer for most runs as I find when I get tired my form goes and I over pronate. I'm looking for something for speed sessions on track so something like these Magic Speed shoes would be worth consideration

    • @Carlosediaz543
      @Carlosediaz543 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would definitely recommend them yes. They speed and very stable a bit stiffer then expected but they feel good at faster paced and can handle longer workout as well in that 5k/10k and half marathon distance for some people.
