About Doom at Your Service (어느 날 우리집 현관으로 멸망이 들어왔다):
Tak Dong Kyung (Park Bo Young) is as down on her luck as they come. A few years ago, her parents were killed in a sudden accident. She responded by throwing herself into her work as a web-based novel editor.
But misfortune strikes again when she is suddenly diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor.
On a dark night, she goes up to a rooftop and calls out to the heavens, asking for an end to her misery.
But this time, her call is not unheeded. Her words summon a mysterious celestial being named Myeol Mang (Seo In Guk), an intermediary between humans and the heavens. He arrives and tells her that he can make her wishes come true - if she is prepared to pay the ultimate price.
She agrees, and strikes a fateful deal with him: She will be allowed to live the life she dreams of for 100 days - after which the grim reaper will take her soul.
But as he gets to know this remarkable mortal, Myeol Mang slowly begins to develop feelings for her...complicating relations between the human and immortal realms.
“Doom at Your Service” is a 2021 South Korean drama series that was directed by Kwon Young Il.

He’s sooo good at playing a villain. In the smile has left your eyes too. It’s the eyes man, it’s the eyes. And I freaking love this actrice so much, she never misses
Indeed, Seo In-guk is best at portraying the 'psycho' characters . . . regardless if he is the hero or the villain, we still fall for his smirk and killer stare!
In this drama he isn’t a villain but rather a deity or entity that brings forth doom. Therefore I personally wouldn’t classify him as one because the main point of villains is to cause pain and chaos through their own prerogative. Whereas, he doesn’t because his being causes ‘doom’. But I agree with you that he’s good at the role.
@@zolekamabena8118 I agree he is actually not causing doom with the lead girl he is saving her from doom at least in the frist few episodes that I have watched. Not the normal trait of a villian.

And she said she saw him cry so I think that she'll die (I hope she won't)

I love the way the lines were exchanged here. Myul Mang repeated what the Goddess said to him, when he asked why him? When Dong-kyung asked the same question, you could see Myul Mang falter whilst answering her; but trying to keep the villain face and hide his conflict inside. From here, it was so obvious that he saw himself in her.

The lead girl is having too many meltdowns in the street. He is right she is the one that accepted her "fate." Not sure why she will not have the surgery to try and prolong her life. She gave up without telling anyone in her family anything about her diagnosis. Yet he is the a-hole? Really? He cares more about her well-being than she cares about herself actually. So if you want to go ahead and die then stop counting days on the calendar and keep playing in the streets. Seems to be mean but that's his job as this diety-type character.
I know I was like what’s up with k dramas and standing in the middle of a street cross walk staring at each other, it’s like do they have a death wish or something 🤦♀️

he might be, but he might not be as dangerous as other people. the term dangerous can have different implied meanings in different scenarios.
