Fun With H5 Domino Creations

A fun collection of some NEW and some old clips using H5 Domino Creations sets and their accessories.
This screenlink is split into 3 sections. Starting with the first H5DC introduction sets (blue,white,yellow,red), then moving to the neon colour sets (blue, orange, pink, green), and then finally a combination of both set colours.
The scenes for the individual sets were made for ‪@Hevesh5‬'s collab videos for each set, which you may have already seen. If not, you can watch them here:

Two newer techniques I've used in this video include a pyramid where the dominoes sort of slide down the edge, and ‪@B16Dominoes‬'s splitting towers. I did a lot of experiments with splitting towers, so there are several versions in this video. I first seen the beginnings of the sliding pyramid technique in a video by tsd_flips (with only a couple layers) and was reminded of it when AlyenMino shared their own single layer version in the domino & machine community discord. It also works as a wall! I think this is a new technique, if you've seen this by anyone else, please let me know.

Thanks, the sliding worked better than I expected. I started with the clip in the extras with just one box at the tallest height I could create (without using other accessories), but thought doing more smaller ones was better.

The stairs at 0:47 looked like they should have absolutely no business of toppling perfectly without the ascending dominoes falling to the sides. Testament to the quality of the dominoes

I guess it's a bit misleading there, there's tape on the turns. That thing took 3 tries :\ Looks like the first attempt I only taped the tight turn at the top maybe, but it did what you would expect and fell onto the exiting yellow right away.

Wow, this is the extended version of the clips that appeared in the collaborations with Lily when she promoted the basic and neon sets respectively, but boy were your clips so good it was really worth making a screen link of your own... but hey, did you do things in this video that really hallucinate and impact just seeing them once, such as a motorcycle and the table with dominoes on top made of Lily's accessories, I think what surprised me the most was the wall that appeared at minute 2:43, the spiral and the miniature are undoubtedly the most beautiful of the video and the trick of the boxes falling down the stairs by themselves (taking advantage of the fact that Lily's stairs are like ramps) impacts me, surely one day I will try to do those tricks because currently I own 200 dominoes… congratulations because you made what is probably the best video about H5 Domino Creations!!! 🤩👍

This video is just insane!! There are so many awesome, innovative, and satisfying tricks. You never cease to amaze me, FlippyCat. Also this video is over 5 minutes long of just pure domino toppling! I can see why you’ve been gone for so long - this must have taken you such a long time to make! I was going to write which clip was my favourite but there are just way to many. Some of the structures you made in the ‘combining both sets’ section of the video were just phenomenal. I have no clue how you were able to make those. This is an such an amazing screenlink and I think it serves as a testament to how much of a creative builder you are. It really is impressive that you were able to come up with so many unique and innovative ideas while using a limited set of objects. Some of my favourite parts of the video were the collapsing staircases at 0:29, the cube made from walls at 2:21, the new pyramid technique at 2:43 and the car design at 2:49. With the year coming to a close I think it's safe to say that this is one of my favourite domino videos of the year, keep up the great work! :)
