Those who say India is under dictatorship. I agree with one that Indian democracy has never been great while saying that I wanna quote Anand Ranganathan Sir that "India has been a banana republic since the day we became a republic".
But coming to your comment about dictatorship and China, how the hell can you say that this is a country under a dictator when you can say whatever you want about the ruler and still roam free? Can you do that in China. People has said much worse things like "Modi teri kabar khudegi", "Chowkidaar hi chor hai", etc.
Even the leader of opposition is so childish that he calls the him "Panauti" just because it was a coincidence that when he went to appreciate the team they lost.
Have you heard about the how Nehru ji screened out and banned so many movies and books, A poet was thrown into jail because he called him hitler ka chela, etc. Indira Gandhi's emergency wasn't a dictatorship, and the other decision where to control the population they emasculated people with out their knowledge and all weren't those traits of dictatorship. If it were to be a dictatorship you won't even be able to get videos like that those opposing the govt. you would only get filtered videos.
But yes if BJP becomes a sole power like Congress then they might start misusing the power and to check that this country needs a strong opposition but sadly that's not visible now.

On a neutral note, I feel the little percentage of farmers part of the protest have their other family members doing the farming back home. In farming not everyday is a lot of effort.
