- Tim Storms teaches and choreographs stunts at The Academy of Movement Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles, California. Storms has been performing stunts for over 30 years and has worked on movies like "The Matrix" and "Logan." Actors and stunt performers take classes in flight choreography, sword choreography, gymnastics, and wire work.

Themey Boi no, the women get in shape too, you need a lot of abb strength to keep your self stable while flying in the air, when your being lifted by another individual (which can be another women OR a male) and when your hanging from a rope.

I new someone who had a warehouse set up like this he was working to become on bigger screens at the time he did short 10-20min films and it's so fun but very hard to control those flips and turn on wires I tried it and no joke but once you figure it you get use to it after awhile and lots of practice

Love this, but wire work definitely gives a less realistic look. The distance traveled, the time it takes and the height doesn’t look realistic, even when the editor puts the action in slo mo. There are ofc different ways to stunt train and this one is way more accessible to actors, who won’t be able to learn how to do a backflip without the wires. For professional stunters tho, it really is important to be able to execute stunts, fighting, tumbling without a wire and just body weight. It looks more natural when you have the real force of gravity acting on you during a scene
Can't help thinking that wearing those bungees all day won't be comfortable for the guys. XD
