Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage

- The account that submits the app must be enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization, and not as an individual.

Thanks for the video. I don't understand the terms of use part. I have my own privacy policy and terms of use, where do I have to show them in the app other than the payment page? And what is the difference between custom and Apple's license agreement?

hey, great tutorial, thank you for that! How many rejects can you get until your app will be suspended? Google can ban your app after some amount of rejects, so I'm wonder if Apple do the same
