Evony shot themselves in the foot. demotivating all active players , and fixing nothing. being unfair, and banning players/keeps with $2000+ invested into the game
Really appreciate this video... Evony is definitely widening the playing field and making it very difficult for smaller players to obtain Wonder 1 which in turn negates Wonder 2 and forget about Wonder 3... lol! I do enjoy the concept of the game and the virtual friends I have made... but, the disparity between coining, semi-coining and f2p rewards is disheartening... especially when you want to compete!!! I could go on and on... it's nice to see a player of your size think about others, regardless of keep size, I hold to those beliefs as well... the old adage, a team is only as strong as their weakest link...
Wonder 1 requires concerted effort, or dare i say, collusion, We should all try our best to help each other out and deny evony of their dog eat dog tactics.
I'm on my 2 time wanting to quit this game of all the things you said plus the stupid glitches. Especially the freezing return Marches. Fix the game first before you start penalizing players. The only reason I stay is because of my team. It's getting to that point where it is not starting to matter. For all the time and effort I've poured into this game, then I see the developers do the most stupid things...it makes me realize more (I've been living in denial) that the game only ONLY cares about money. Game play is fourth or tenth on their list. It's a shame.
Never ever I will spend a single cent on this game. It could happen everything and I don't mind. If it is a glitch like invisible keeps in SVS, lags in battlefield, bubble and/or login issues caused by bugs or Evony just retires the whole game in the case they won't earn enough, when they have managed to scare away all coiners. Well, I will simply have a look for another game in the play store I can play and good. Everyone who is heavily addicted and feels he/she has to spent to be able to compete, should quit the game immediately and seek for professional help. The amount of money mentioned by nearly all Evony TH-camrs that is 'required' to play the game competively is just beyond my mind. Ridiculously crazy if you ask me. Please ask yourself, if you feel fine when you promote this game by creating content about it. Even if you criticise the game, it's promotion... I guess you know the saying about good/bad PR.
There's no good reason to play the game, and top games doesn't understand that when they remove fun components of the game, like plundering resources, the. You're screwed
You are so right that evony has made a big mistake killing atls. Having alts are the only way F2P/mid coiners can keep up with the game. The people that can afford to pay for packs make up a small fraction of the player population. The rest of the player have real life issues to use there money on...they will not spend more on the game. Evony, you need to understand the gaming budget for f2p gamers are not going to change because you kill alts. Infact, like this video says, killing alts means killing the majority of the evony gaming community. Other games allow alts and even allow auto rally joining. If evony does not change with the gaming environment, they will be dead by there own hands. They set the amount needed to upgrade buildings and build troops. F2P just stepped up the grind game to match the demand. If their grind is not allowed, then they will find another game.

If Evony had there way this will be like a country club with 5 people on each server and nobody to play against… there is no path for free to play and the game has became more and more pay to win each month since K40 came out,,, and now what there doing will drive even the spenders to stop,,, Evony has by far the worst business model there is,,, they do absolutely nothing for the spenders and have no loyalty to the customers… besides the money it takes to run alts (figure 5 bucks a week) the efffort to do it is a lot of work,,,, and the guys that have 10 plus alts, are the same players that spend 2k each event to cake for the gear,,,, so basically those guys are spending 50k per year (after taxes) on a cell phone game but Evony is upset because they might have gotten some rss for free,,, they are a bunchnot to mention that the actual rss sellers on my server did not get hit…..wtf,,,, but an alliance member had a trillion rss stripped from his alts…
I agree. The problem is they have gotten greedy. This is a GREAT game. The cs is horrible, the glitches that conveniently come with updates at svs., the ridiculous compensation you get months after hounding cs for months, and that's not it. Instead of fixing their issues they create more issues and servers. It is really disappointing 😳
well said. i was consistently spending $230/month just for my 23 alts for the monster kill stamina pack on top of going at least cake level 4 every event, now i'm not spending a dime on my alts or my main. yeah, way to punish your most active players that grind AND coin in the game.
Thank you for you video, I'm agreed with you, I find many players only attach to game, because friends are playing and mostly those players are low coin or free to play players. Majority stay here just because money put on game already, many over 100k USD. But Top Games are making this Unenjoyable. And every day many coiners quit game. THor 17b account was deleted couple days ago. And many people I know is thinking continuing till account gets deleted.

I agree. Brutal reality also is that a lot of coiners rely on weak players for being weak too. You can only say that your buffs are strong when there are others out there playing with weaker buffs, but if they leave you have nobody else to brag to. I myself am one of those 2200-2400 ranged buffs you mentioned in the video and I've barely been logging in much anymore out of boredom and staleness of the game. I feel like what kills a game isn't pissing off your player base, because evony has done so a lot and people still play, but losing their interest in your game.

I understand everyone's objection. I wish I can talk to you. I don't agree with farms and alts. There really isn't away to stop it. I don't like alts because I don't have the time to work on two accounts and keeping them both bubble let alone one. Think about it this way. How much does it cost for a console plus a game? That is the most I feel anyone should pay max per year. Thus the real problem with this game is the cost to grow.
Like everything in life theres need to be some kind of balance, you can't just suddenly take stuff away give us nothing in return and expect us keep coining... 90% of active players have at least an alt in this game, a lil common sense would be nice evony
I participated during CoVid and had some enjoyment and yet too many headaches. I was f2p mainly because I did not trust where all the funds were going. I cannot say that I miss the game or my allies. I enjoyed creating my keep and taking a more defensive strategy, sure it was a long haul but I did not have the temptation to spend. With the increase in advertising, I wanted to see here if anything has changed. Sadly, it has not. What I thought Evony should do is do not use "ALTS" however idle keeps and "bots" could be overtaken. It should be as simple as changing the culture to switch between keeps. But, that is just a suggestion, and it is doubtful that I will return to play.
Man, 22-2400 buffs need too much coining. Mid coiners cant pass event 2000% even with ma5. Once they will launch civ gears for free maybe then it can be possible
Basically all the cheater alliances, including ones that bought and sold and stacked alliances, will be stuck playing each other while everyone else plays a fun and competitive game like you want.

I got different emails for all and run bots. I didn’t get shit taken but maybe like 100m gone 🤣 then again, I cleared them out before the hit. Luckily. Which is weird. I had 1 alt with 30b rss in boxes. Ended up with the rss taken from the warehouse which was like 69m and 12000 gems taken. And that’s it. Nothing else
I know someone with 240+ botted alts also unaffected. Don't assume survivorship bias. Also, see my newest video. It's actually based on how much rss you send to your main, and if they have ever sent rss to someone other than your main.

VIP19, spent 1.5 years salary, my buffs are medium at best. UNREAL. I used alts and ESB to grow my keep and help alliance members who CANNOT reach even reach KE38... Top Games is the biggest piece of shit.
Try to spend responsibly, there is no end. This is a marathon, do not go all in on any one thing, it will be replaced with a better thing and bigger buffs in the future. Buff inflation is a thing. Try to make evony a balanced part of your life!
@@youjying I've never over spent. No Historics (the ones with March Size are the super good ones, and I passed on coining for either...). I certainly won't now. My spending has always been well done (if you're going to) and use of resources / items to perfect to maximize event-rewards always. That said, I am the main bossing rally leader on my server, very few do or can. (We're grossly poor / mostly FTP). But yeah, I have been so close to quitting in recent months, this defo could be the edge for me. We'll see what happens moving forward. Cheers.

But as leaders, it becomes our responsibility to take some action as well. Evony investors just got more greedy and there is no limit to it, you can look at mankind history pharaoh, who had keys for his treasures on camels just the keys not actual treasure. If you really look at this half of this money spent could be given to charity or organizatios. we have kids who don't even have drinking water in certain parts of the world and here we are just going at it. I am not here to critique how one should spend their money but we all should have some sense of accountability at the end of the day. What is purpose of life 🤔.
