Back in India, I have worked with Mr. Vipul Ujwal when he was DC Nawanshahr. He is a good officer. No matter how much efforts an officer put in these moron politicians don't let the system work fairly. DC doesn't have a magic wand that can solve every problem in an instant. Believe me the new generation of officers are compassionate and really want to help people.
