I cannot believe that a well written show is thrown off to the trash by season 4 because somebody decided it's a good idea to ruin the meaning/plot of the show.

I think this was the best scene in the whole season (after the piss kiss ofc). It’s a shame that they waited until the 7th episode to give us consistently good content.

This Will never change because the novels from this series is based on are CANON. This is not the Marvel multiverse in which you can do anything you want. Peeps, I didn’t read the books but did the show end how the books ended? If so, we can’t really be that mad
The books let them ride off into a happy ending. The author, Luke Jennings, put out a statement afterwards saying he hated the ending and he had warned them not to do it, that people would be extremely upset. He said Villanelle lives and will be back, at least on the page.
