Do anoyone else think that contemporary high end hifi is ugly and looks boring? Is it too much to ask for if I would want some brushed steele and some big ass VU-meters?
why is it that music copyright holders don't see the value of free advertising? I frequently buy music that i heard in a demo. With a music recognition app on my phone it is easier than ever.
"audiophile", a person who has a very expensive sound system that is very revealing of every little detail in recorded music, and which he uses to play music that has a lot of detail to put on display, for the purpose of showing how detailed and revealing the system is, rather than actually playing music people like to listen to and hit the REPEAT button on because they can't get enough of the groove. I am an audiophile, but I make it a point to listen to a lot of music that I REALLY like and not just "system demo material". Yeah, it's impressive to hear a percussion ensemble being played at beyond realistic volume levels, where every mallet strike takes out another window in your house, but I'd rather hear ZZTop on repeat, any day.

I wish i could omit phono/tube content. All I do is stream on solid state. A $15-35k dac is a value compared to all the record/tube hoopla
Great content. Ashame I cant watch cell phone video

Amazing how many European manufacturers use the word ultrasonic incorrectly as to using cavitation! Nice catch Mr. Fremer!
That Project direct drive is a straight rip-off from an old Micro Seiki...
